The lady was very helpful

Sue was very patient and helpful,she brought our attention to the other furniture ie the tables and lamps as well and asked if we were interested . She was polite and friendly .

The shop had a lot of choice and options and all staff were helpful. We had Helen help us and she was fantastic. She went through everything very clearly and helped us with choosing the best sofas for us.

Although we’d already chosen the sofa we wanted, Helen made the whole purchasing process an absolute pleasure. She was warm, friendly, incredibly helpful, and nothing was too much trouble. Her knowledge and genuine enthusiasm really stood out, and she even took the time to chat to us about roof tents, sharing some brilliant advice and recommendations that have inspired us to look into buying one ourselves. We were struggling with an insurance claim and Shrewsbury DFS were beyond helpful. The staff went out of their way to help us with information required by our insurer. They then helped us to choose a suitable replacement suite. The staff were never 'pushy' or 'intimidating' but always polite and helpful. Even after 3 return visits, the treatment was always the same. We would definitely return and recommend.
