We were sold the sofa from a sales assistant who was Romanian. She was very knowledgeable and pleasant. Nice easy smooth transaction and a nice coffee too . Fab!!!

The young man was very helpful, informing us of the aspects of the settee, he went through the add ons and showed us a settee with easy glide which is ideal for us. He explained the guarantee and delivery and set up. Also got a cup of tea! Brill service, cannot wait for it to arrive.
