Really good experience!
We went in with a good idea of what we wanted but Liam was really helpful and answered all our questions making buying the sofa a really smooth and easy process! Bonus points that the store was so dog friendly and the staff were so lovely to our dog who liked the sofas as much as us! We are really pleased and looking forward to delivery day! Great service
Ordered my sofa today so can't speak for delivery or anything else yet but my experience so far has been great. No pressure from staff while I was browsing, I wandered around for a long time sitting on many sofas, chatted with one employee while ordering, very friendly, great customer service, the whole experience has been very good so far.

Today me and my partner came into purchased a new sofa and had a fantastic experience. The lady who helped us was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable from the moment we arrived. She made the whole process so easy and stress-free, answering all of our questions and helping us find exactly what we were looking for. Excellent customer service and a real credit to the team. Thank you for making our sofa shopping experience such a pleasant one! Annoyingly we didn’t catch her name but at a best guess she was either American or Canadian?

She was very knowledgeable and patient letting me operate the recliners.
She explained the differences in the leathers and the care package, and mentioned the gliders making it easier to move the sofas. I did not feel pressured during my visit and was happy to make a purchase. I would not hesitate to recommend DFS
