What a pleasure going into DFS this morning, after not such a good experience last time they definitely made up for it this time and more.Bobby who dealt with me and my family was brilliant and gave me all the information I needed to make my choice of sofa,would definitely recommend anyone sofa shopping to pay them a visit you won’t be disappointed.Thanks again and I look forward to my delivery.

Very helpful and good customer service

Staff were all friendly and made us feel comfortable, listened well to our wants/needs and provided great advice. They also helped us explore a range of options and highlighted pro/cons of different sofa layouts without pushing for a sale.

We were given a great range of information on the leather specification, how to care for it and how to get the best out of it. We visited the store with 2 young girls who were allowed to explore and test the furniture- all staff were lovely towards them. We were also given a fantastic offer, the manager was extremely kind and gave us some welcomed extras ☺️Thank you! Coffee was also excellent!

Above this, staff also held our sale agreement to allow us to go home and double check that our sofa would fit nicely in winter to make space for our Xmas tree. It’s good to know there’s a range of ways for payment as well and the sale was fantastic. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My wife and I visited your DFS showroom in Renfrew retail park in order to buy reclining chairs. We were lucky to be served by Sadiq who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend him to others. All in all it was a very pleasant experience.

Rhuridh was immensely helpful helping me find the couch I'd seen online and showed us the next nearest one in store. He was personable and helpful.

I had the best experience at DFS Paisley. As soon as I entered, Ian greeted me, he asked what I was after. I mentioned sofa bed and he took me to various options.
Eventually I decided on one that Ian uses in his house. He showed me how it operates. Ian was so very helpful with choices and how to configure it. The colour choices and what would be the most comfortable for me. I asked if I could get a chaise with storage, he suggested I sit on a chaise that has storage to see how comfortable that is. He was right it wasn’t comfortable. When I told Ian, I wanted a 3 seater and a two seater, he asked good questions like who is sitting on this sofa? Do you have a big family, how often will the sofa bed going to be used.
Ian really looked after me and gave the sofa I wanted and needed. He did not over sell me anything I didn’t need.
Ian suggested looking at side tables. When I did like one, he moved it next to the sofa I had decided on to see how it would feel to sit in the sofa and have the side table next to it. Was it tall enough?
The service Ian gave was above and beyond a sales person at a furniture shop. DFS are very lucky to have Ian!

We had a very nice customer service helping us he was professional polite nothing was a bother to him it was nice to get great customer service from him & happy to get the sofa etc that I loved so didn't go elsewhere thank you this member of staff was so attentive

On arrival was greeted and explained lay out of shop, not pestered and allowed to look around at out leisure. When interested in an item it was explained well about the comfort the support and material of sofa. Happy with service and would recommend to family and friends and would return myself in future.
