The lovely young lady called charlene in the kings lynn branch was very helpful had plenty of time to talk to me and deal with what i needed. BUT THE OTHER YOUNG LADY WORKING WITH HER NEEDS TALKING TO VERY BLUNT YOUNG WOMEN GLAD I NEVER HAD HER AS I WOULD HAVE WALKED OUT AND YOUR SALE WOULD HAVE BEEN LOST.

Had a really good experience in the Kings Lynn branch. Went into the store 27/6 add asked questions regarding a corner sofa I saw online. Think his name was Adam who dealt with us and forwarded on all the information so we could go home and measure up. Returned to store 28/6 and Colin completed the sale. Again friendly, informative and made it easy.

I was really confused about furnitures for recently purchased house, the lady in dfs Hardwick,King's lynn really helped me,gave me almost 2 hours, showed detailed varieties of furnitures according to our priorities, also helped me with some guidance for interior. At the end, I found all my questions answered and got deals which sounds unrealistic with qualityful furnitures. I really appreciate the service.
