DFS they are shocking
We are having a terrible experience with DFS. Firstly, we explained in the shop when we were available for delivery, that was completely ignored. Then we told them three times, once in store and then twice to customer service that a small delivery van was needed that was ignored and on the day of delivery the van driver drove past our house without stopping to check whether he could or couldn’t access the street. We have contacted DFS three times and have asked for a call back regarding the situation however, no one has responded. Goodness knows what will happen next. I would not recommend DFS to anyone.

We knew what sofa we wanted but…
We knew what sofa we wanted but unfortunately they did not have it in the show room but the assistant was so helpful showing us sofas which had similar measurements and materials. She was very knowledgeable and pleasant which made it easy for us purchasing the right sofa.

The staff were excellent
The staff member (I think her name was Sarah) was so helpful and kind. She clarified all questions I had about the sofas and even recommended ones that would suit my mobility needs. She was friendly and wasn’t pushy and gave me a chance to browse myself but also helped me find things I needed. Very good customer service.

We wasn't pressured into choosing any particular sofa.
We was left to have a good look around and choose the one we wanted.
When we had chosen the sofa we wanted the staff were extremely helpful in choosing the colours and the different patterns.
Very easy to finalise everything.

We have had a 3 piece suite from DFS for 22 years it is only in the last few weeks a spring as gone in one of the chairs I think we have well had our moneys worth.Today we went back and bought another chair to replace the one with the broken spring.We were well looked after by Owen who was very helpful.
