We visited the Hereford store a number of times to chose our sofa. Harry, Tom & the team went above & beyond to help us make the final decision with helping us reconfigure the sofa layout and measure up. The team clearly enjoy their job & also working together which made the experience very enjoyable and stress free. Great customer service thank you!

George was friendly, informative and very helpful. He wasn’t at all pushy and we felt very comfortable with him. We had such a great experience that we went back in and bought more the same day.

Very friendly staff, good information given to allow us to compare furniture.

I was very pleased with my purchase and after decided to purchase a rug as well . I was offered a coffee which I must say was probably the best cup of coffee I have out for a long time . We found the sofas we wanted and received very good service from several members of staff. The coffee was great and offered more than once. Jemima, who served us, was informative,efficient and charming and she looked after us very well.
