Very good experience
Mo was very professional, he explained everything about the sofa in great detail, and made sure I was happy with my options and choices.
Everything was then double checked by a different member of staff and finally Mo took my payment.

SOFA SO GOOD
When we arrived in store we were greeted by Samira and on telling her which sofa we were looking for she directed us to it and allowed us to sit and discuss our options when we were ready and called her over she came and was very polite helpful and not pushy we told her our requests and she was both professional and caring to our requirements not over pushing the options great customer service and would recommend DFS sofa!!!

I was very pleased with the service received (Mo - Sales Advisor). He was very professional, friendly and understood what I wanted, he explained all I needed to know about the Nevara suite that I wanted, guarantees and care of product.
