Great experience! Came in to order the orka sofa & Dan was amazing at explaining everything thoroughly! Would recommend going into store to order so they can answer any questions you might have!

I purchased a new sofa. All choices of fabric were explained with the additional costs for each choice made clear. Finance options also explained. No pressure to pick most expensive option

Monday morning feeling
The staff were polite and friendly but did not bother us when we said we were just browsing. however when we had made a decision the salesman was efficient and friendly answering all our questions and giving us all the details we needed .

Buying a three piece suite easily.
The whole process of choosing a suite and chair was made so easy via the sales man Dan. He explained the process , showed us the three piece and chair, so easily , the finance side of it was made easy to understand. He was very friendly, polite and easy to chat to. Excellent, professional customer service
Dan at the Grantham store was brilliant. I arrived at the store knowing exactly what I wanted, and he made sure that the order was correct after I was having difficulty completing online. He offered me additional relevant products (and a nice cup of tea!), advised what was suitable for my needs and wasn't pushy on the products I declined. I will return to this store again in the future - thanks Dan!

Had a very positive experience at DFS…
Had a very positive experience at DFS Grantham, we wanted to have a good look around the available sofas without any sales staff breathing down our necks and the staff respected our wishes.
When we were ready to talk to someone, we didn't feel under any pressure at all and the purchase was a pleasant and straightforward experience.
This is the second suite we have bought from DFS and the last one lasted 12 years so hopefully this next one will be of similar great quality!
