We were made to feel at ease as soon as we walked into the store. We were not pounced upon straight away by a sales person but we were allowed time to browse and absorb what was on offer. We were then approached by Rachel who was incredibly helpful and supported our buying journey from start to finish
She was particularly professional, helpful, knowlegeable and brilliant in bringing our ideas to reality.

Order relations were double checked as process which was good as minimises human error ensuring order is processed with no issues from the start. Only just purchased so can’t comment on delivery yet but up to this point no complaints at all.

Fantastic service
The sales rep was friendly and professional. He did not rush me and explained everything really well. I did not feel pressured, and to be honest before entering the store I thought there may be a pressure sale but there wasn't.
