Pete was fantastic from start to finish, we went in and found a sofa that was exactly what we needed, but still went down the road to make sure we couldn’t find one better. Ended up back in store and handle everything professionally as well as having a laugh too.

The lady in store who assisted us and helped us purchase the right sofa for us was lovely kind and friendly her recommending extras and explaining why these may be needed and no pressure to purchase was a good change from hard selling we witnessed in other stores

There was a good range of products to see in the store and the staff were friendly. Dominic stood out as being courteous, friendly and helpful and had a lot of patience. As a disabled customer using a walker who went to the store with my disabled brother who uses a walking stick, Dom went out of his way to ensure that we were comfortable and didn't need to move too far if he could bring products to us, which he did. It was a surprise to discover that Dom has only been with DFS for a few months as all of our questions about the product we were interested in were well answered by him and his explanation of the financial services and offers that were available was well communicated too. I'm grateful to Dom for the excellent customer service he gave and my brother whole-heartedly agrees with me. Thank you to Dom for treating us with respect as this is not always the case in retail shops for people with a disability.

We were served today by Dom, he was a very nice young man and was very helpful and knowledgeable in what we required. He was a pleasure to deal with and was not in any shape or form pushy and incredibly good at what he does. Would definitely recommend.

My husband and I went into DFS looking for a new sofa, we sat on A LOT of sofas but fell in love with one, Dominic at the Meteor Centre in Derby, was exceptional - very knowledgeable, very likeable and not too much selling patter! We are now waiting for it to be delivered! Very happy so far ....

Mark was dealing with another couple as well as myself, but from what I experienced and observed, neither me or the other couple was rushed at any time so that he could deal with the other customer.
Mark was also very thorough in explaining the whole process of what the next steps would be.

We haven’t received our furniture yet so this review is only regarding our experience in store. We originally looked first in December and were disappointed as the sales person who spoke to us didn’t seem interested in what we were looking for and left us much to our own devices. About a month ago I went in with my daughter and grandson who is autistic and Mark spent a lot of time with us and though we didn’t purchase that day we left with a good idea of what we wanted and decided to check sizes and return with a sample of our carpet. Mark was great with our grandson and going home in the car, he kept talking about Mark and said he could work with him. We returned a couple of weeks later, my husband, myself and again my grandson and we were looked after by Wayne who also was very good and we placed our order. We had coffee and sat around and again Wayne involved our grandson. We look forward now to our furniture being delivered which looks as though it will be probably in half the time we were given. Everything, including the insurance was explained fully to us.
