Excellent collection
We liked all the sofas on display. There was a good collection of sofas, which gave every buyer an extensive choice to match their budget.

Anannya was very helpful
Anannya was very helpful. I told her about my need for a new chair, and she took me to the item that I purchased. Anannya showed her knowledge of the stock in the store, and was pleasant but did not make me feel that I was under pressure to buy. Good service.

Great experience at DFS, Valley Park, Croydon
We visited DFS at the Croydon Store at Valley Park to purchase two new sofas and we spoke with Jonathan who was extremely helpful.
He showed us some suggestions and helped us with colours.
Jonathan was very friendly and wasn't a pushy salesman.
We decided on the sofas and went home to check they would fit.
We returned a week later and met with Jonathan again and made our purchase.
The experience at DFS was excellent with the store having a vast collection of lovely sofas.
Jonathan deserves great credit for how he dealt with us from helping to choose the sofa and making the purchase.
Well done Jonathan and DFS.
This is the second time we have purchased from DFS and would thoroughly recommend them.
