Ask for Scarlett - no pushy sales and listens to what you want.
Scarlett was lovely and listened to everything we wanted and went through all our options. Felt very accommodated and left with our couches etc all ordered with no stress.

We were treated with respect from the moment we entered the store, welcomed and left to browse without hindrance. Once we had made our choice we were dealt with in a friendly and professional manner by Faz who answered all our questions and explained what options were open to us. Excellent customer service!!

5 star service and sofas.
Faz looked after us from the moment we walked in. She was friendly welcoming and very knowledgeable.
We went to three over stores but nowhere were the staff as helpful or as much choice.
