The Staff were really friendly and knowledgeable, allowing us to make an informed purchase on our new sofa. Finance options and the benefit of aftercare products were also clearly explained, which was very helpful. In all, the service provided was really good.

The easiest purchase ever
The easiest purchase ever, walked in seen the sofa we liked and Robyn the sales lady spoke to us as we walked in then asked how we were getting on whilst we were sat on the sofa we liked! We had a long informative conversation about the style, leather type etc and we were sold on that sofa so ordered it! Couldn’t have been easier!

Robyn went above and beyond to help us out, we arrived poorly prepared and didn't have any measurements however Robyn worked wonders and we managed to overcome that, chose the sofa we wanted and ordered over the phone after thinking about it for a night. Thank you!

Robyn was amazing with us today whilst we were looking for our new sofa! She showed us exactly what was suitable for us and was able to show us what colours/ styles we could have, she even showed us around the show room to point out the different colours we had picked so we could see before we bought, she was also brilliant in entertaining our son who was starting to get “bored”🤣

Harlech Grande "formal bac cushions
