Staff we're very friendly. And helped us decide of the perfect sofa for me any my other half, didn't rush us into a decision. Came in to look then returned the next day after looking else where

The sales person could not have been more helpful and knowledgeable, even though he acted extremely professionally throughout he was also very witty and made us feel at ease during the whole sofa purchasing experience.

Having established that we were just looking, we faced a fantastic choice of sofas. We soon found one we liked and Ryan came over to tell us about it. He was very helpful, giving us all the details about care, delivery, after sales services etc. A pleasant, relaxed experience with no pressure to buy, and we look forward to our purchase being delivered.

Sales rep Karen was great to deal with. Not pushy and took time out to ensure all aspects of the sale were clearly explained. From the initial order right through to the delivery process. Hoping the after sales service is just as good!

Kaz and Callum were absolutely great! Really helpful and friendly, and not pushy at all — they were just there to help and let us take our time.

Callum let us know he was just finishing up with another customer and would be straight over, which I thought was a really nice touch as he didn’t want us thinking we’d been ignored. Kaz did the same, and both were really attentive throughout.

Callum took all my details, went through everything with us and made sure we were 100% happy and understood the order before we left. He’s a proper sound guy — and funny too 😂

A calm atmosphere, helpful assistant Ryan was helpful in observing my comfort levels when trying different sofas. The purchase went smoothly and all details were checked by another member of staff

This is our 3rd visit to DFS in Barrow, we popped in just before closing on 13th August and spoke to Karen and although it was closing time she took time to show us items that matched our interests for a new sofa. On Friday 14th August I called into the store to clarify some details, Karen wasn’t there but Ryan took the time to go through the details I couldn’t find on the internet. Today 18th August at 5.30pm myself and my husband arrived at the store, everyone was welcoming and remembered us from a previous visit, we were not crowed but felt our needs were met. Karen came to see us, she was welcoming, showing us a couple of sofas that met our requirements before we decided on the Ryder sofa. Customer service from Karen, Ryan and Stuart were amazing, helping us to make an informed decision, making sure we understood colours, fabrics and options to suit or needs and home. The customer service was amazing and very professional in a natural way, where questions could be asked and answered in a relaxed manner however Karen made sure we all the details and understood our agreement to purchase.
