DFS Furniture - Aintree Recenzje 

We recently attended DFS, Aintree, to view sofas and we spoke with Celine who was very helpful indeed.
Having decided on a sofa set, we returned there on 13/05/2026 to place our order. On that occasion we were assisted by Richard who was also very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.
Richard answered all our questions then prepared our order request explaining what aftercare products and insurance were available, how eaziglide works, then giving us a total price and explaining our payment options.
Oh and we got free coffees on each store visit.

We’re expecting our new sofas to arrive in around 5 weeks so we’ll review the actual product then.

We visited both the Speke Liverpool & Aintree Liverpool stores for convenience we have placed the order with Aintree store. Can we say Chloe in the Speke store was marvellous she was helpful offered information re delivery times, which was important to us and details of methods of payments. We returned to Aintree store. I am trying to work out if store staff prefer to let individuals browse initially, offer to help and follow around or offer to help give their name and leave you to browse. The reason I say this is because of ALL the stores we visited the second seemed to be more the practice which was why when we arrived at Aintree Friday evening we were suprised not to be approached at all despite there only two other people in the store after 20 - 30 mins an assistant asked we needed any help. The service there after was fantastic. Jack not only went and got a tape measure, he gave guidance on the abundance of options available not only in the product range but also finance arrangements. All round excellent experience and service. He was attentive to our every whim, even though it may have seemed trivial to anyone else he seemed to appreciate how important it was for us to make the right choice.

The staff don't hassle you when you're in the store instead you can just go up when you are ready and are helpful when you need it

We purchased a ted baker 2x 3 seater sofas .the experience from start to finish was superb no pressure at all .would highly recommend sarah was informative and tolerant with our changing demands

We went to DFS on Wednesday 06/05/26 just to look around. We did not have any idea what we were looking for. Sarah was very patient, friendly and helpful. Sarah’s approach to customer service is outstanding. Her knowledge of what DFS takes pride in was second to none. We left with a smile on our faces as we have managed to buy the couch that we wanted in the colour that would match the couch that we have in our living room. Great customer service from Sarah. We would recommend. Verified purchase.

So glad I went into the Aintree store today and so very happy with my purchases ..Callum made us feel very welcome and even made us a coffee…I’ve been looking at the Ted baker collection for a while now online but needed to see it in person…glad Callum was there helping me choose which cushions and prints he’s 100.% star thankyou
