Great overall experience
Great overall experience. Good communication even though its all through messenger. The star ding is i dont like the method of delivery for the end product. THe logo. An emailed zip file would be preferred rather than having to login to a 3rd party cloud site to extract and download. Will use again and have already used again for specialized edits. Ember is very receptive! Price is GREAT!

Unfortunately it is a bit difficult to understand your comment, however we are sorry to hear that you were not happy with our service, we actually went beyond our initial scope to make sure we offer an exceptional service to you, we always do this with all customers. Below are some examples:
1. We made adjustments during design phase, although we always clearly mention that once we move past sketch (with your approval) and begin vector + color (design phase) we can not return back, however we continued our best to make adjustments to your liking.
2. In the end we gave you two different versions of the logo and prepare 2 versions, this was something we do not do normally, preparing files takes time, however to assure you are happy we offered both.
It really comes as a surprise to us that you would give us 1 star when all our communications seemed to show you were not unhappy with the final outcome and we moved forward with your approvals.
Regardless, we would love to understand where things went wrong to rectify accordingly.

I was so impressed with their talent and how fast they worked to produce my final product was above and beyond my expectations. They kept me updated throughout the entire process.
