This company is terrible. I ordered and paid, 2 arm chairs August 8.2023. Three weeks later they write to me saying that the chairs were damaged and offer alternative items. Five days later I replied with a selection and I'm still waiting for a reply. Tried the customer service line and it always sends you to voice mail. Tried almost daily emails and nothing. It is evident that this is a scam. ORDER TPNCRPAGU

I placed order one months ago and they didn't give me tracking number and I didn't get any information for my parcel from them!
I sent a message to them and never got reply. They took my 645 euros.
Very disappointed from the first order. I want refund.

For those whom paid by credit card,

I contacted the credit card company and request a dispute, and after 3 months, finally, they won.
If you paid by credit card, please ask for a dispute.

Suite à une annulation d'achat de ma part sur le site internet de Design Market le 06 juillet 2023, on me promet par mail le 07 juillet un remboursement (montant 324,00 euros, commande UZONWLGCC). Le 08 septembre 2023, soit plus de deux mois après, le remboursement n'a toujours pas été effectué, malgré deux relances mail (auxquelles, bizarrement, personne n'a jamais répondu alors que jusqu'à ce stade de réclamation les échanges étaient effectifs), et malgré une relance téléphone. Je ne peux donc que fortement déconseiller Design Market, car Design Market garde illégalement l'argent des ventes légalement annulées.

I have used Design-market on and off for a while, and until now have not had any issues, and have been able to contact them via phone and email.

However I placed an order online recently, and paid via bank transfer almost immediately after being chased by them.

Since then I have followed up daily for the last 3 weeks and have had no reply and cant get a hold of them on the phone.

For a £2000 purchase this is not the type of service one would expect, and the fact that there isn't even a hint at a response or attempt to get back to me, I have reached my limit.

It's honestly insulting at this point, and I would avoid like the plague.

Ordine annullato ma i soldi se li sono tenuti!
A giugno ho acquistato un sideboard pagandolo 700 euro. Dopo più richieste di informazioni mi hanno comunicato che il venditore aveva annullato l'ordine ma i soldi non li ho più rivisti...

Scrivo questa recensione da venditore e perciò collaboratore di Design Market e non da acquirente.
Gli articoli che trovate su questa piattaforma sono ricercati, selezionati e restaurati. da commercianti e Design Market funge da intermediario di vendita fra noi e i clienti.
Recuperare i soldi degli articoli venduti e consegnati e soprattutto per i quali è stata emessa una fattura è diventato impossibile.
Non rispettano le scadenze di pagamento e non rispondono ne alle mail ne al telefono.
Attendo che mi venga pagata una fattura scaduta il 18 luglio e continuano ad ignorare i miei solleciti tramite mail ed addirittura a cancellare i commenti sotto i post di instagram lasciati da altri venditori nella mia stessa condizione.

I write this review as a seller and therefore a collaborator of Design Market and not as a buyer.
The items you find on this platform are researched, selected and restored. as traders and Design Market acts as a sales intermediary between us and the customers.
Recovering money from items sold and delivered and above all for which an invoice has been issued has become impossible.
They don't respect the payment deadlines and they don't answer the mails or the phone.
I am waiting for an invoice that expired on July 18 to be paid and they continue to ignore my reminders by email and even delete the comments under the instagram posts left by other sellers in my same condition.

UPDATE
Money gone!!I ordered 2 couches Vintage from Niels Gammelgaard and payed over 800€ for them and they did not deliver them , they were damaged (?!) i call them over and over again and asked them to sent my Money back.
They always tell the same „ it is in process“
Nothing happened!!

After writing here, they immediately sent me an mail, that my money would be refounded
We will see !

Hace más de dos meses compré un Perchero y a día de hoy NO lo he recibido. Les he escrito 6 correos electrónicos y ante su NO contestación les he reclamado en varias ocasiones por escrito que me devuelvan el dinero y a día de TAMPOCO ME DEVUELVEN EL DINERO. VERGONZOSO. NO COMPREIS PORQUE NO TE LLEGA LA MERCANCÍA Y NO TE DEVUELVEN EL DINERO

Super Expérience auprès de ce site que je ne connaissais pas...pas rassurée au départ pour un achat de cette somme, le service client a su me rassurer et ma livraison a été rapide, du moins dans les délais annoncés. Mon enfilade est parfaite et s'est super bien intégrée dans mon intérieur ! Merci Design Market !
