Communication is excellent. Friendly and professional team. Excellent value for money. I see Arf regularly he would never do anything unless I was 100% informed and he felt that this was the best options for me. My experience in the Chislehurst clinic was excellent. From the friendly receptionist to Arf who completed my 1st POLYNUCLEOTIDES EYES package. 2nd booked in October.
Procedure was explained fully and Arf was professional, knowledgeable and gentle. The clinic itself was very clean. Now looking at other procedures I can have done :-)

Arf always pays really close attention to what I am trying to achieve. He listens, without any judgement and then offers his best advice on the way forward. He’s never once tried to sell anything to me. Rather, he gives sound advice and sometimes that includes not having treatment on occasions. I always feel he’s result driven and has my best interests at heart.

I had Botox with Arf. His botox was really good and lasted well. I have been other places and it’s doesn’t last even 3 months. There’s last like 6-9 months I’ve already recommended my mates. Thank you oh year receptionists are amazing as well
