The products are expensive, but well-made and the after-service is exceptional. My interactions (with humans at Derek Rose, not machines) have been pleasant and swift, with the shared aim to resolve the issue.

Derek Rose has been my go to shop for swim-, under-, lounge- and nightwear for the past 5 years. The quality is superb, style is modern classic and the fit is perfect. And whenever there is an issue, regardless of what it is, the customer support is the most friendly and helpful team I have ever experienced!

The gowns I purchased were of the highest quality but I found the attention to detail and bespoke customer service truly world class. I was guided throughout the process of purchasing, returns, monogramming and sizing for "his and hers" gowns by Fay and Alicia who really went above and beyond. The products are beautiful, and the customer service (Fay, to name an example) is exceptional. Be it the handling of returns, the lookout for restockings of a certain size, or help with a damaged gift. A case study for how a distinctive buying experience can also be created online.

I'm so thrilled with both the product and service I have received. Those London 7 leopard print items are "scorched earth" as they say. Especially the blue ones. I hope they make their way around again, because I'd like to get the rest of the collection when I have the money. And give Gary a raise! I thought I had missed the window on those things when I didn't see them on the website anymore. Gary swooped in and saved the day, and really could not possibly have been nicer or more helpful.

Making £185 order after a 10% discount code & asked by Derek Rose for a delivery fee? Querying led to a very long chat correspondence & a free delivery code – which removed the 10% discount!?

I have made 2 online purchases from them. The first to macau, china and the 2nd to Taiwan. Both orders were executed swiftly within 24 hours and sent half way around the world. I specifically requested light weight pyjamas for a tropical climate and customer service didn’t disappoint with several recommendations. The quality of the product in terms of stitching, design and cut keeps me returning once every 2 or 3 years.

Absolutely awful customer service. Bought a pair of pyjamas for my husband. After we received them he tried them on and they were too large. Sent them back. Was told they wouldn’t take them back because “they had been worn”!!!! They were only on for less than two minutes while being tried on. So they sent them back to us. Will never buy from this company again.

I purchased 2 Basel Micro Modal T-shirts from Derek Rose Navy and Black and there the softest t-shirts I've ever owned but felt like they did lose a substantial amount of softness from the first wearing to how they felt a few months later after been washed in the washing machine. Overall really good though

I have done business with Derek Rose several times in the last several years. I was always pleased with the transaction and appreciative of Mr. Roses's thank you notes. On the transaction related to this review, I was
first notified from London by Samantha Halliday, Customer Service Manager, that a sale was to begin and I could begin early access on May 31st. I did not place an order for male Pajymas until June 12 which were intended for a friend's birthday gift. I made a mistake in my order and ordered three pairs instead of the intended two pairs. I discovered the mistake and emailed a request for a change. I learned that the original order had already been packaged for shipment but I received an immediate message from Ms. Halliday that the order for three was retrieved and the requested two pairs were sent. I expressed my gratitude and on June 15, Ms. Halliday thanked me for the kind words. I wrote on June 17 that the two pairs had arrived safely via DHL. She immediately responded, thanking me for the update.
I am a retired Orthopedic Surgeon in California who
is 84 years old. I have had many dealings on the internet and through many channels. I have never experienced such attentive communication and good will as I did from Ms. Samantha Halliday. She is an asset to DEREK ROSE and I would not hesitate to seek
her opinion in the future. To her goes my very highest rating and feeling of indebtedness. I will always steer my gift-buying and personal needs to this company

Just wanted to say thank you to Derek Rose, great service and I am really pleased with the dressing gown I ordered for my husband. It arrived beautifully packaged. I shall be shopping with Derek Rose again

This is NOT worth the money. I order a robe via MR PORTER and after wearing it 6/7 times the robe was full with lint balls/pilling. Al over the robe. I contacted MR PORTER but no refund was given or exchanged offers. I also contacted Derek Rose who told me that they cannot do anything but that the robe should not have any lint balls/pilling on it. I'm still stuck with a robe full of lint balls/pilling. Not the maker or the seller have taken any responsibility. This is just NOT worth it at £250 pounds. Extremely disappointed.... I was expecting much more from these premium brands. Would never ever buy it again. shame! stay way not worth you time or your money!

Thank you for the reply but it has been escalated with MR Porter but still no refund all washing instruction were followed as per your description. I understand that you won't be able to do much, however, it is your brand and your product that is faulty so many you can write to MR Porter explaining this not normal and that therefore I should have a refund. I'm very stunned how both brands have taken any responsibly! Therefor this not worths anyone money. Unbelivabel!

Fantastic customer service via phone. Wanted to order 2 pairs of pyjamas for a birthday present and wanted to be sure they would arrive in time before making online purchase. The lady in customer service, not only sent me an email contact so I could get back in touch once I made the purchase but promised to personally see they would be dispatched via express overnight courier that afternoon - they arrived next day via DHL with full tracking. Needless to say the recipient was delighted with her gift. In these days of Covid when you are lucky to even get anyone at the end of a customer service phone, Derek Rose are impressive and despite the crazy price of the fabrics/garments, I would not hesitate to use them again.

Made a massive order and there were a couple of problems which their customer service resolved immediately, quickly and without fuss. Fantastic customer service and moreover exceptionally soft and high-quality pyjamas ( the micro modal ones). 10/10 recommend.

Great quality undershirts. I’ve been buying them for many years (and therefore have lots) and the only thing that disappoints me is that the quality can be slightly variable over the years (thickness of the yarn or something). So sometimes I alternate between Derek Rose and Sunspel - no doubt they are arch rivals on the London “underwear” scene 😆

First time I have ordered from Derek Rose and have found they are simply the best companyI have used for on line shopping. I bought pyjamas for my husband and the quality and cut top class.
The customer service especially Sandra were efficient, friendly and dealt with my queries expertly.
Delivery is quick and reliable.
I highly recommend Derek Rose and will be using them again.

Bought the Lincoln 11 wool dressing gown, size M directly from the Derek Rose website. Lovely quality material and fit. I liked the fact the website showed a model wearing a gown of the same design in size medium, and gave the height, waist and chest dimensions of the model. It really helped to get a good feel for the size. Perhaps Derek Rose could also do this for the Small and Large sizes too?
Unfortunately I had a minor problem with the gown, but Derek Rose paid for the item to be returned, and sent another gown, this time in perfect condition - without any quibble. The whole process took two days from sending back the item to receiving a replacement! Excellent service! Excellent gown!
