Terrible customer service. Daily offer advertised on homepage of website to get a free yarn bundle when you spend £25. As it was just gone midnight the next day, I was cautious to double check before and after I had ordered on the homepage at 28 minutes past midnight and it still advertised the offer. Once ordered, it wasn’t on my confirmation email, so I contacted Deramores to check it would be received. They stated that it wouldn’t be provided as it had gone past midnight, even though I had the evidence of the offer still being advertised gone midnight. They refused to cancel my order, as they said they have created a shipping label for the product. Then they admitted that many others had the same issue and they had refunded them. After quoting the Distance Selling Regulations, in which companies cannot refuse a full refund if the order has not yet been received (which they admitted hadn’t even been dispatched), only then did they offer me a refund. False advertisers and trying to push their luck!! AVOID!!

Used to use a competitors website until I was introduced to Deramores and I haven't looked back. Amazing discounts, fantastic loyalty scheme (no other sites will give you vouchers for earning rewards on the amount spent online), reliable customer service and speedy dispatch times. I can't imagine how hard the team have had to work this year being inundated with orders to fulfil our lockdown craft hobbies and they have done a fantastic job.
Highlight recommend.. Everytime!

I have been buying yarn from Deramores for a good few years. I always find the service reliable and great value for money. I have used the live chat service and found this very helpful if I have a query about the product that I am thinking of buying

Of course I understand there can always be problems arising with people's orders but I have to say I have personally never had an issue with Deramores. Lovely yarn, usually some kind of sale if you keep you eye out, and prompt delivery. Even when advised my next day delivery might take up to 72 hours due to a rush of orders, it has arrived on time the day after placing the order.

I have ordered from Deramores for the first time a couple of weeks ago despite some of the negative reviews and must say I am very pleased. The initial order took a week to get to me however it was still sooner than I expected because Deramores very clearly advise of expected delays on their website. I placed one for next day delivery yesterday and just received it today, first thing in the morning. I will definitely be ordering again :)

Sale pattern on their website that advise to buy double the amount of yard needed. Refused to refund me and ignored my following emails. Appalling customer service!

I ordered the Black Friday Bundle at the amazing price of £15 for 15 balls of yarn. It was a pot luck deal so I was slightly concerned about what was going to come. I really needed double knitting or Aran weight for the charity items I want to make. The parcel when it came contained all dk yarn of the same make in a variety of beautiful colours. The speed of delivery was also excellent. I wish I’d ordered another!!

Have had several orders with this company and always have been delighted with the service, helpful staff when I have phoned for assistance, Just had a very prompt helpful response to a web chat and have never experienced any problems with delivery.
I am amazed at the quality of the wool and the value for money of the knitting yarns, let alone the wide choice on offer.

I love Deramores anti pill style yarns! Service is good and product is great.
My only wish was that Canadians didn’t have to buy through the states. We pay duty on top of exchange rate and shipping costs. Please bring an outlet to 🇨🇦

My order was placed on the 12th of November and due to landmark globals bad service it was delayed and the tracking was insufficient. The order was perfect when it arrived. Deramores were always easily contactable and got back to me within minutes during opening hours. Maybe consider changing delivery company.

Honestly quite a disappointing experience. I ordered some items and paid for next day delivery on Monday. Whilst I understand there are seasonal delays, as mentioned on their site (hence me not chasing until now) I have received no updates and their system states it hasn't even been dispatched yet and today is Saturday! I understand that deliveries and fulfilling orders must be challenging at the moment but to not even receive a one-line update/ apology/ refund of NDD costs is unacceptable. I used Wool Warehouse instead who are utterly incredible, communicative and speedy.

Paid for next day delivery, still waiting 3 days later! DX can’t find it! Deramores can’t do anything until DX says it’s lost. I DONT GET PARCEL OR REFUND UNTIL THEY ARE READY! This company and their courier are a joke. I will never use either again. Do not trust you will get your parcel.

I just want to say this is the best yarn and needlework company out there i had a question and they went to great lengths to help me their products are wonserful their prices and custoner service are amazing and get on their email list because they are fantastic the content is always new and varied something for everyone and they offer fantastic knit and crochet alongs and their prices are great and their priducts are shiwn clearly and beautifully best company

Contacted multiple times about an order that was marked as delivered and never received. Email auto response said I'd have a reply in 1-2 days but I never heard back. Items eventually arrived which was a relief. I guess when you have a monopoly you can afford non existent service.

Edit: the reply from deramores is false. I never received any reply emails despite multiple attempts to contact them, and have checked my junk and spam folders.
