I have made many many purchases from Deramores and I have to say that my experiences have been excellent. The wool is always well packaged and very promptly posted. Their prices are competitive too!
It is my go to wool shop!

I ordered a Mother's Day present at the start of March and it is now the start of May and still nothing has been delivered. Money taken but nothing delivered. Absolutely awful customer service

Items not packaged well and wrong colours sent for crochet sets. Still good quality wool and value for money.

I always use Deramores for my yarn and it always arrives promptly and in excellent condition. Today my order arrived and one ball was not as I ordered, I emailed customer services and not only was my order sorted within 10 minutes of me sending email , the customer service was fantastic, My ball of yarn is on its way and I got to keep the wrong item which I will put to good use.

I ordered in January and I'm still waiting have emailed been on live chat and they said they where out of stock and I should have had it last week, but still not got it no communication they need to sort them self's out won't buy from them again

I always use deramores for my yarn and supplies and love them - customer service is great, delivery good and choice wonderful. Would recommend

Love Deramores, there yarn is always soft, delivery fast and when i did have an issue today not only have they refunded the cost but sent me another ball out straight away.

Best site for yarn. Always have excellent offers. Delivery good and customer service very good. Reward point scheme is great. The only downside is, I now have too much yarn....only kidding, you can never have enough 😁

Lisa followed on what was quite a saga with another member on the chat as I had to return wool that was not as expected. The first experience was infuriating and led nowwhere but Lisa was most helpful and sorted out the problem in the same chat online. Shame they were not all as good as her but maybe this review will go towards making sure that this is the case. Thank you Lisa.

Excellent service, quality yarns, love the company.

I don't often write reviews because I am quite demanding for quality.
Whilst in contact with the Customer Services Team I had the greatest of pleasure in speaking to Lewis.
He used active listening techniques (i.e two ears one mouth - use them proportionally) and listened to my complaint and asked appropriate questions to understand what I was saying. He tested my complaint to identify whether the company had acted correctly or not. He then listened to what I wanted to resolve this issue and established that my request was not unreasonable, and then took clear and decisive action which gave me confidence that the promise would be kept. As a result of this I would be happy to purchase from this company again.
I then spoke to Lewis's line manager Jade. It was clear to me (I have spent 20 years inspecting and assessing companies in the UK), that from my perspective, it is through confident and professional management that this team works so well. Well done Jade and Lewis.

The wool I received was beautiful very soft and a pleasure to work with

I started knitting & crocheting again at Christmas and I have not done any since my 20's I am now 70. Since starting again I have made 35 garments & toys with the yarn and patterns from Deramores for my grandchild due in July and can recommend this company for all your crafting needs.

I'm new to the site and recieved my order in good time ... I was very impulsive when it came to the points system and all I saw was the word EXPIRES but any way I went on live chat and customer service was very helpful and explained everything to me .. wait save your points and then redeem ... the quality of the yarn is very impressive and I will order from deramores for my entire crochet life

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER..
I placed an order on 24/02 got an email to say it shipped on 25/02, on 3/03 it was in Belgium & there it ended. I phoned, emailed & did the chat, each time I was told someone would get back to me but that never happened. The last time I spoke to them (which was a week ago) I said I wanted a refund as I did not receive my order.
Well today 08/04 I received my order which was open with wool hanging out.
I have bought a lot of this company over the past year & this has happened on my last 2 orders.
I WILL NEVER BUY from them again. I would rather pay more for my wool, receive it in a reasonable time frame & be treated like a human.

Amazing you can reply to a review on Trust pilot but can NOT reply to the numerous emails & phone calls I had with you. Its just a little too late for me. I have received orders from all over the world within a reasonable time frame, with no issue, you should be ashamed of yourself blaming couriers for your
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Deramores is my go to yarn supplier; I recommend them to all my crafty friends too.
The selection is fantastic and their own brand of yarn is of high quality and well priced.
The rewards programme is a great added bonus as well as their regular discount codes and special offers.

My order was late in arriving to destination. I contacted Deramores service center and they traced my package.
After they kindly spoke to the courier, and found the problem of the delay, my package was promptly delivered to me.
I'll always order from Deramores because of the great service and also because the yarn is so beautiful.

I placed my first order using the 15% discount code , as people might be aware, if a code is invalid or doesn't apply to your order, it shows in red & won't apply. But the code DID work & applied. On the last payment page, I was shown my bill which was £35 after discount, so I entered my credit card details, then I receive an email saying I was charged the full amount.
Further, they deny this & refuse to rectify it.
I don't know how this is an award winning company, this is an award losing company. They've certainly lost a first time customer & I won't be buying from them again.

I have just contacted Deramores as I was unable to redeem my reward points, this was solved quickly and with care by Lisa.
