Worst experience ever. I sent back the monitor which one I received from emag.ro.
It had 6-8 faulty pixels. Depanero sent me an email that the fault is not true. Basically they lie to us. I should go to the court. They are sending me back the pixel faulty monitor. Don't order anything from emag.ro

Absolut multumit!!
Am avut un televizor cu extragarantie 2 ani in service, asta acum include si service express care iti asigura rezolvarea problemei in maxim 5 zile lucratoare.
A trebuit schimbat display ul si s a intarziat cu o zi sau doua, pentru asta mi au oferit un voucher emag!
Vad multe review uri negative si nu inteleg!
Mi s au parut foarte profesionisti si dornici sa ma ajute!!

Asta era review ul meu, aceasta ultima parte am adaugat o dupa ce am pierdut o ora din viata cautand unde sa l public, acum inteleg de unde review urile negative vazand cat de greu e sa scrii ceva despre voi!
Doar aici am reusit sa scriu ceva!

I have purchased a 6000 ron laptop from Emag, from the first day it came the screen froze but after a restart it was ok so I didn’t give it to much thought to it. 29 days later the screen burned on a 5cm line along the screen while watching a youtube video. Called Depanero explained the problem, gave me a 15 days term to change the display. 7 days later after calling in to check on the status of the laptop, they announce me that the Laptop had a mechanical shock and I dropped it and broke the display, it will cost me 720 rom and it will take an additional 60 days. Took the laptop to fix it in another services only to find out that Depanero has monopol on the display distribuitor for Yoga and they do not have acces to order it. 0 comminication skills and customer service.

Excelent service from electronic claim, pick up from home, status alerts and swift resolution of claim. My item coughs not be repaired, so they have put my money back in my emag account with th option of a cash refund.

Am trimis un laptop la reparatie si
- l-am primit inapoi dupa 2 saptamani jumate
- spatele la ecran (aia de metal) prezinta ciobituri (o fii scapat ceva pe el)
- ecranul este impins/bombat in partea centrala jos, ecranul este peste border
- unele componente mici de la stylus (era rupt) au fost pierdute.

Daca paguba pentru care trimite-ti dispozitivul este acceptabila ca suma sa o platiti dvs, mai bine il duceti intrun service local in care puteti vorbi fata in fata.

Am trimis un tv horizon luat de la emag la ei. Player ul media se bloca in timpul rularii filmelor cand doreai sa derulezi inapoi. Tv ul era aproape nou, cumparat de 2 luni aproximativ. Tv ul a fost trimis inapoi de deoanero cu motivul "defect nemanifestat". Consider ca cei de la depanero nu au realizat o diagnosticare profesionista refuzand garantia unui produs care si azi dupa 1 an jumate are aceeasi problema, insa ei nu au avut rabdarea sa l probeze si diagnosticheze. Nu recomand colaborarea cu ei, sau orice comerciant are de a face cu ei din simplul motiv ca nu respecta drepturile fundamentale ale consumatorilor, platitori de TVA. Iar consumatorul obisnuit nu se va complica cu protectia consumatorulilui, pentru ca sunt proceduri juridice greoaie, multa birocratie ce descurajeaza consumatorul sa treaca printr o astfel de procedura consumatoare de timp si resurse. Ei stiu lucrul asta si din motivul asta abuzeaza refuzand garantii cu motive nefondate.

Depanero pretends the vendors do not want to change a charger unless you leave the smartphone too in the service (it's about Xiaomi). This means chargers will never be replaced, nobody will leave their phones in service for weeks for changing a defective charger.
On the other hand Emag doesn't allow you to leave negative reviews criticizing Depanero as there would be problems with all their customers.

It is an absolutely embarrassing service, operated by thugs. My laptop died, a lenovo yoga s730 ultra-book, under warranty; the short version, it did not start anymore and the charging it made no difference. I made the request on 23.10.2020, the reception in service was made on 28.10.2020 and today, on November 10, it finally came back. How? In an absolutely poor condition; they chamfered one of the corners of the screen case, full of scratches all around the case as if it was opened with a wrench (1), they sent the laptop with the battery depleted (2) and surprise surprise .... it worked 15 minutes while I was charging it again, the fan made a noise and then it shut down by itself ... and it remained dead. I emailed them on November 5, after I remembered one instance, a few months ago, that I heard that noise made by the fan, and they promised to attach the observation to the case file, alongside a video, sent by me, in which the noise in question could be heard. Nothing happened ... they didn't want to attach my observation (3), because when I called a few days ago, I was told, well, if there are still problems, send it again, what's the problem? The problem is gentlemen that my wife will not have a laptop for the holidays, probably because you don't listen to your clients. I will leave a review on lenovo / myservice, on trustpilot and everywhere I find a review tab, maybe this way I will save other possible clients, who are informed beforehand, about the problems they're getting themselves into; after that, I will send it into their service once again, with the request to change my display cover, which is chamfered, together with the scratched case. If they'll refuse, I will contact the ANPC.

(1) most likely when they worked with it because it was packed thoroughly by me; damn it, I put it between plastic puffs and in its original case with which it was bought.

(2) has decreased the battery capacity by 4% as a result, since it was sent

(3) I think they were too lazy, because when I called, after an hour, to confirm if they received the video, they said that they recorded the incident and relax

Sent my MacBook Air by courier to them on Monday, got it back Thursday, fixed for free, as it was still in warranty. Was notified of what's going on with the computer in their care every step of the way (by email and text).

I had an experience with this firm. I was sending my device for service because my camera was not working. After I've lost a week, I was informed that my device was working properly - but my camera was not working... I was told that this was a software issue, but I was checking it, and all updates, and all drivers were installed properly - I reinstalled Win10Pro - nothing happened.
They could not handle a simple task to resolve a problem.
I do not trust, I do not recommend this firm, if you have a chance just ignore, just avoid it!

2 bad experiences with depanero.
I sent the tv to be repaiered, as it had some sort of shadow, and they sent it back not only without being repaired, but with multiple pixels dead.
They are good for nothing.
The second time, they did not even take the tv in and blamed me.
Not only that I do not recommend them, I would rather pay twice and take the tv somewhere else.
I am sorry that I cannot rate depanero less than 1 star. Truth is they SUCK.
Don't do this mistake and go somewhere else.

Preturi uriase ! Aspirator Bosch cu peria defecta. Pretul periei de reparat la Depanero este de 500 lei ! Pot sa cumpar un aspirator performant nou la acelasi pret cerut pentru o piesa din plastic !

Am trimis la ei o pereche de casti aflata in garantie. Desi nu era foarte clar ca produsul nu suferise nici un soc, plasticul interior cedand datorita folosirii zilnice.

Mi-au oferit sa le inlocuiasca cu 399 RON, desi pretul pe emag era 204 RON. Depanero si Emag fiind defapt din acelasi grup de firme.

Deci pe langa ca mi-au scos castiile din garantie sau oferit sa mi le inlociasca la pret dublu.

Servicii excelente! Recomand

Niste pierde-timp-incurca-lume.

Sunt listati pe site-ul samsung.ro ca fiind depanatori autorizati Samsung.
Le-am trimis o pereche de casti Samsung GalaxyBuds. A venit curier, a luat produs, au trecut 6 zile, a venit curier, a adus produs. Yay! Bucurie...
Cand probez castile, erau nereparate...Blocaj mental...
Dau telefon, "ce s-a intamplat mai, baieti...?"
Pai sa stiti ca noi nu suntem autorizati sa reparam produsul asta.
Pai cum asa? V-am luat de pe site-ul Samsung...
Da, asa e, reparam Samsung in general, dar nu produsul asta.
Pai bine-bine, o fi ca voi, desi e de mare mirare...da' in cazul asta ce-a fost cu povestea cu "da, le reparam, spuneti-ne ce serial number au, asteptati sa trimitem curierul la dvs". De ce nu mi-ati fi zis din prima si pierduram 6 zile de pomana plus doi curieri pe drum...?

Aceasta companie este una plina de incompetenti(in mare parte din experienta mea) si mincinosi.
Am avut un laptop in service la ei strict pentru a ii fi schimbata pasta, mi-a venit lovit, ma rog, spart. L-am trimis din nou in service si m-au tinut in jur de 15-16 zile fara a ma anunta nimic despre laptop, timp in care am sunat la ei sa ma interesez si am primit raspunsuri nule, ezitante si cat sa te faca sa inchizi.
Fabricantul laptopului m-a sunat sa ma intrebe: "De ce ati mai trimis laptopul in service daca problema facuta de DVS. nu se incadreaza in fisa de service?"
Auzind lucrul asta, am adunat toate dovezile necesare si le-am trimis fabricantului, urmand apoi sa primesc bani pe produs.
Acesti indivizi sunt niste neseriosi, niste incompetenti si mincinosi. Nu recomand nimanui aceasta companie si serviciile sale, mai bine mergeti la service-uri mai mici!
Ezitati Depanero pe cat de mult puteti!

Worst warranty provider in Romania. Having a warranty at Depanero is like having nothing. You will have to pay with your own money the repair costs.

Incompetent and Uncommunicative. A total waste of time and money, once you have the honor of having one of your products sent to them for service.
