My order was processed immediately and the package arrived without and delay at home. Also I was pleased to have only one confirmation email. These days when I order online I seem to be inundated with ‘processing’ notifications. I want to order, pay and not have to think about it again until it’s absolutely necessary or arrives.

Good products but delivery was extremely slow
I was concerned to find that the company had taken my money but received nothing so emailed to ask for an update
It took 2 days to get a response which simply said wait 10 days.. The goods finally arrived after 7 days and they products are fine but not sure if I would use again due to service issues

With regard to your issue I would advise that your order was imported through to us Saturday 19th October and despatched Monday 21st October.
Royal Mail 2nd class standard post normally takes about 5 working days to deliver, Royal Mail have advised us to wait 10 working 10 days before reporting the missing parcel.
