Dentmagic Recenzje

We had great communication throughout the process, submitting the work for an estimate was very easy, adding additional work to the job was simple, arranging for the work to be carried out at our home was straightforward and the communication from the technician was great when arranging a time that suited us and on the day.
Great results afterwards,

I recently had my wing mirror repaired due to a wall jumping out! The only company I wanted to fix is was Dent Magic Bristol Brislington. They are so friendly and professional. I trust them wholeheartedly and they have done a brilliant job.and now you’d never know as the scratches etc are gone!!

Fantastic communication about options or issues throughout. Quick response to initial queries too.

Richard and his team did a fantastic job with my car. Dent and scratch completely gone, just like new. Kept me updated with the progress and checked in with me a few days after to make sure I was happy. Overall great service.

Brilliant service. Booking was easy after receiving a competitive quote and the staff were helpful, efficient and friendly. They did a great paint job on my car. Fully recommend.

This is the second time I have used Dentmagic at Cribbs and both times the experience has been excellant. On this occasion it was an insurance claim, which required the replacement of 2 doors. The car was returned as good as new. Dentmagic handled the whole process with the insurer and when it came to pay the insurance excess they waived £250 of the amount due. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I would highly recommend them.

AMAZING!!!!!
Received several quotes from a number of dent repair agents, Dentmagic were the only company to offer a paintless removal at half the cost of all the other quotes. Work was completed beyond expectations, and in half the time. Repair looks good as new!!!!!

Fantastic service with a special thanks to Ellie and Olly. My car had a badly curbed alloy and a nasty scratch on the front wing which have now disappeared! Extremely happy with Dentmagic quality and service and would highly recommend.

Brilliant service, booked into see Olly and Drew they estimated the ding/dent quickly. Drew completed the work in under an hour, very professional no mark and no dent anymore. I would highly recommend Dentmagic @Makro Cribbs Causewat

So upset some 1 hit my truck with a shopping tolley leaving a dent and crease on the wing I found dentmagic through a Google search sent of a few pics of the damage spoke with Mark he confirmed they could work their magic on the dent made an appointment 2 suit my schedule arrive just before appointment time John checked the dent my husband and I had a free very nice coffee in the comfy waiting area and within less than and hour the dent was gone very happy to have used them for the first time would highly recommend ...its just magic what they do

I chose Dentmagic for the ease of getting an online quote and also that they provided a courtesy car - they didn’t disappoint and from start to finish the service was great. I chose to take my car in for an in person check of the car to confirm the quote, this only took about 10 mins. Once my appointment was booked they kept me informed via email through the whole process. On my appointment day, dropping my car off and obtaining the courtesy car was quick easy and stress free. I was dealt with by friendly, helpful and professional staff at every visit and over the phone. Collecting my car was just as easy and straight forward as dropping off and the work completed was very good. I would highly recommend if you want a friendly and stress free experience with good quality repairs.

Friendly, efficient, good community and excellent customer service. Good coffee if you have to wait - biscuits too. And the repair was superb, like they had really performed magic!

Very quick and efficient from quote through to drop off, actual repair and pickup as well as competitive quote and job well done

Sent in my images for a quote. Was sent quote within 30 mins. Called them and booked in for following day at 11:30. Turned up at 11:30 and was told will take an hour. Quick walk round cribs and back and all done. Dent is gone and workmanship top quality.

Repair finished ahead of time, to a great standard. The office staff were very helpful, polite and kept us informed throughout the process. Great job!!

Bought a second hand genuine volvo R design tailgate roof spoiler in Silver. I got a quote online supplying photo and details of requirements. I received a quote within a couple of days took it up and wow what a quality job and the price was as per the quote. Very happy with the results. Spot on service and will be submitting another for a bumper repaint.

Another amazing job completed by Dent Magic. My husbands alloys needed attention and "Dent Magic" worked their Magic, as always. All staff friendly and professional, would never go anywhere else.

I had a fantastic experience with Dentmagic from start to finish. The person who carried out the dent repair was absolutely brilliant. He even called me to see if I wanted to bring the car in earlier due to a cancellation, which was really convenient for me.

When I arrived, I was warmly welcomed and everything was explained clearly – exactly what he was going to do and how the repair would be carried out. He also offered for me to look at the parts, which I really appreciated as it made me feel confident and reassured. The repair itself was very quick and the results were excellent.

He also took the time to explain an online quote I’d received, as I’d been quoted for both the bumper and wing even though the damage was only on the bumper. While he was repairing the damage, he arranged for another staff member to provide a revised quote for just the bumper. That staff member was equally helpful and took the time to answer further queries I had.

Based on the great service I received from everyone, I’ve now booked in to have the other damage repaired as well. Highly recommend Dentmagic for their efficiency and friendly customer service.

Dentmagic have worked on many of our vehicles over the years, always a great job, delivered on time and very good comms. Highly recommend
