Hubby was upset and hungry and we waited longer than expected...our food was ok but milkshake was not as much as usual...only 2 inches in metal container...just want a new 10 dollar bonus because ours was not accepted and now expired...we still have the 50 dollar gift card but want the bonus to use firtst...

To begin with they wanted to seat us back by the door that enters the kitchen. We got caught there before. Gobs of traffic resulting in a very noisy Environment and didn't want that again. We were then seated very close to the check-out register where the waitresses hung out with their loud bull sessions. Our waitress was nice and when he brought our salads, we asked to be moved that it was way to noisy there. -and was moved down the aisle and much better.
We both ordered their deep-fried fish plate with fries.
The fish and fries on both plates were over cooked and had a ever so slight burnt taste. While still eating they ran a vacuum up and down the aisle. How considerate--
When the tab was brough there was a $3.65 Diet Pepsi charge added that we did not have and was corrected, with a sorry about that??
It had been a while since we had been to Dennys and it's going to be a long while before we go back.
P.S. The male Mexican that seated us could hardly speak English and I couldn't understand him at all.

Unbelievable place! The food was outstanding! And the service! Fast and professional! Lisette was very friendly and knowledgeable! We couldn’t be happier! The staff even came out with a lit candle in a bowl of ice cream and sang happy birthday to my son!
We will surely be back!

I went to Denny's with a friend of mine. When you first walk in, it is a very positive and calm environment. There weren't very many people when we walked in due to it being so late, but you could tell the vibes were calm and not hectic. I ordered the Choc-nana pancakes meal, which included the pancakes, one piece of sausage and bacon, Eggs, and hashbrowns. Those were all so good, especially the hashbrowns. The eggs were cooked perfectly on how I wanted them; The Pancakes were a fun and delicious treat! it was a very sweet flavor and tasted very well. I would order that meal again, it was amazing. Plus, the customer service was so great. She had to have been the nicest waitress ever, she had such a sweet personality, I enjoyed it.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at denny’s, and it was a delightful experience. Walking in the atmosphere was very welcoming making it a perfect place to have a casual meal with my friend. I ordered the crepes and they were absolutely amazing! The crapes were light and fluffy and had a sweet filling that was simply just fantastic. The presentation was great, and they were served with a generous drizzle of syrup that just added the perfect touch. I also had your regular breakfast meal with hash browns and eggs. These were both made perfectly with just the right amount of cheese, adding great flavor. Lastly the desert had a warm nice brownie with a soft cold layer of ice cream which was lovely. Overall denny’s exceeded my expectations and I can not wait to return and have another amazing meal. As well as great customer service!

Great service good food and family friendly

Went to try Raytown Dennys. Walked in and was not greeted by any of wait staff or hostess. After several minutes of being ignored we left and went someplace else. Won't try it again when we didn't feel that we were welcome!

Atmosphere and food are great! BUT if you order pick up or delivery I definitely suggest you check your order before you leave! Three times I've had to turn around and go back to the restaurant because something was missing from my order

Our server, Benign at Gardena, CA 90248, is the best. He always greets us with a smile. Number #1, in my book. Keep it up.

We went to Dennys last night. My brother-in-law got his food a lot earlier than ours. The waitress never came to see how things were, and I had to ask for my refill on the way out as she never came back until then. I even made slurping noises to get her attention; she just walked away. Terrible service. Someone else brought our food to us. Then, she never came back. Other people came in and were waited on promptly and respectfully. I will never go back.

Be sure to stop by here guys I had a server named Azalea i thought that was so pretty due to it being like the flower. Her service was GREAT should I say EXCELLENT she made sure I had everything I didn’t have to wait and if I did she made sure to inform me and i understood because it wasn’t her fault . The food could’ve been a bit better almost as if they rushed don’t know what the kitchen doing but Azalea made sure I was okay even though my food wasn’t all great I had a terrific sever keep up the good work ma’am ! Be sure to ask for Azalea

I ordered breakfast online. I order every sunday. Today I did not get my hashbrowns in 1 meal and sausage in another meal. Plus it was too greasy. It looked like food from a greasy spoon at a truck stop. There was no reason for this...I was the only customer. Never going there again.

Great dinner tonight. We are from out of town and don't usually dine at Denny's at the home so it had been awhile. The service was exceptional. The manager was super helpful.she made my mother'sspecial requests no problem and even cooked all of it herself.. it was delicious and well cooked and the server was super nice and quick the 2 of them had our family of 4 eating our food in just 15 mins of walking in.. and everything was pretty clean as well even the bathroom looked nice...will defiantly be back next visit we do.

Well, I recently dined at Denny's in Washington, and let me tell you, the Seattle location in Walla Walla felt quite different. Before it became Denny's, it was a Sherry's, where my family and I used to love going for their famous pies. There was a wonderful young woman named Breann Smith who worked there. Every time we visited for pie, she was always so sweet and kind to the kids.

One memorable visit, I left my usual tip, and the next time I came in, she thanked me for "that dime." I was curious, but it turned out she collects coins and has a keen eye for blemishes. That dime was actually worth quite a bit! She offered to give it back, but I told her to keep it. From then on, whenever my family and I went out for pie, we made it a point to bring her some change, which she absolutely loved.

We tried Denny's once or twice, but it wasn't until our third visit that Breann was working again. This time, there were no pies on the menu, but her service was still exceptional. The food was phenomenal, and honestly, I find myself missing Sherry's a lot less than I thought I would. Sure, I still crave pie here and there, but Denny's has really impressed me.

I truly appreciate their attention to customer service, especially Breann Smith's outstanding commitment to her guests. If you ever visit, be sure to say hi to her—she loves collecting coins! Thanks for listening!

Denny’s Manassas is far and away our favorite breakfast place in Northern Va. The food is delicious, the staff is friendly, the management is attentive to detail, and the service is punctual. You never have to wait for refills on your endless cup of coffee. My favorite omelet is served with ham, cheese, spinach and absolutely the most delicious, freshly cut pico de gallo. In my book, five stars is justly deserved.

Tina at the Carlsbad, NM location has a very poor attitude and a mouth that shouldn't be in a family diner like Denny's. The Diner had many costumers, and she was exploding on some of the other employees using bad language so very one in the diner could hear needless to say there were also kids there. My family and I go there often, and we try to make sure she isn't there because we don't want the grandkids hearing all the bad language. If it wasn't for her that day would've been a wonderful, blessed day with the grandkids.

The sever Liz is very awesome and sweet and very tentative. I would definitely recommend Dennys in Carlsbad, NM

We are semi-frequent (every 2-3 months) patrons at the Denny's in Jacksonville NC. We typically go for breakfast. Our experience is always top notch. Our server today was Crystal. She was pleasant, accommodating, and very attentive as always. Our other "regular" server, Dusty, was there today also. She went out of her way to stop by our table and speak and ask how we were doing. The food was excellent, but the service and special attention from the workers far surpassed any gourmet meal we have ever had. Crystal and Dusty are fine representatives for Denny's. Keep up the good work!!!

We loved the breakfast at Denny’s on Valencia Road. Our waitress, Stephanie, was so attentive and friendly. We will be back for the pancakes!
