Hygiene standards of this disgusting company are rock bottom.
Items not packaged suitably, some packages not sealed.
Food sometimes arrives in a smelly bad condition.
Some orders do not arrive at all.
This company often doesn’t refund payment the food is below standard or hasn’t arrived.
Look at feedback. Having read thru the complaints you will not want deal with them ever again.
The owner is a complete and utter crook
You have been warned.
If you need to lodge a complaint with the food standards agency in Gloucestershire. Just do it.

Couldn't even rate as one star. Order arrived in envelope with contents spilled and rotten. Contacted customer support. Unfulfilled promises to refund. Avoid.

Tried multiple tins of anchovies and tuna, the thickest pieces of fish I’ve seen and the vegetables with sauce and anchovies is now a family favourite. Love the quality of this brand over any one previously tried

Ordered some Jellied eels. Nice and fresh, great delivery and a good serive. Couldn't recommend more.

My grandma ordered 7 days ago and it’s only just turned up! upon opening the products stunk and was nearly all rotten. My grandma can’t leave the house and was relaying on this as her source of food for the week! She is also partly blind and has dementia so if I hadn’t of checked first she would have eaten it and got seriously ill!!! We will never use this company again nothing was packed no ice packs no labeling no wonder it was going off!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

This company is the worst on the internet, the people who u deal with are just terrible and not professional, I ordered my products and was disappointed when they turned up moldy in the box and wasn’t packaged properly no ice packs no labelling squashed and not at all fresh please stay well clear from this website

I can not attest for the quality of the products as I never received them. I ordered over £50 and got in contact with them to arrange a delivery date. They never got back to me and i have since tried to make contact with them over 10 times via email and phone to no avail. I am out of pocket with nothing to show for it. Terrible customer service.

I ordered lobster tails they turned up in a burst box and were rotten. The post man took them back with him I rang and complained and got abuse from the man on the phone. Eventually he said he would send the order again they never turned up after many emails. I rang again. And told him I saw that he had a sale on lobster tails but they had gone up £30. Since my order. He shouted at me and put the phone. Down neatly £50 out of pocket. Something needs done about this company total rouges

I order 4 items from this company. I received my order but there was a item missing i phoned and was promised it would be sent out by the weekend but it never arrived. phoned again and was promised it would be sent out but it never arrived I also sent email to customer service and never got a answer.
I dont think I will be using this company again

Their sardines in vegetables are to die for. The vegetables really add flavour and make for a premium experience.

This company is so good, lovely winkles with a couple jars of smoked mussels thrown in for free. Staff are professional and friendly. If you want any special things, go here!

Excellent choice, the jarred smoked mussels are the best. Everything delivered. would highly recommend excellent seafood.

Complete crooks. Delivery failed twice. Seafood rotten after days in carriers warehouse. No refund and when I called they shouted at me and put the phone down. DO NOT trust these crooks.

Going on from my last review stillhadn ‘t received my goods despite phone calls and emails. Despite y phone call on Friday was told they would sort it after they had heard from Royal Mail. £50 out of pocket and still not received goods after 13 days. Had enough ofthis company.🤬🤬🤬

My mother places a large order unfortunately this has not arrived tried to cancel order, but without success, is there anybody who could advise as what to do next? Any help would be very much appreciated.

I ordered quite a lot of items at the end of November. The first delivery did not arrive and apparently went back to them. They just sent it back out again and I received it about a week later. Two of the tins seemed to be blown and I was not happy to use them. I emailed twice during December no reply. Do not trust this company.

I ordered the 13 item gift box just after Christmas and it arrived on the 31st. After ordering and then reading the reviews I wish I hadn't but my ordered arrived fast and complete with no damage. 2 items the pasta sauce and the Thai mussel sauce had January date on them that's my only gripe.

I bought whelks on the 19th Dec, when they arrived the bag was not sealed and the whelks were warm. No cooling bags just polystyrene bits. I do not want to eat as may get food poison. Arrived by royal mail 3/4 days after ordering. Disgusted. Emailed but no replies.

CAUTION !!
Package received was damaged and soaking in pickling juice from a smashed jar. Dented tinned goods too. HAD TO BE BINNED.
The cardboard box was flimsy and some of the packing foam beads had spilled out and were scattered across my driveway..
ISSUE RAISED ONLINE AND BY PHONE – NO REPLACEMENT RECEIVED. PROBABLE SCAM
