My original DeDeitrich (Piano) hob gave up the ghost after 12 years. The display kept stating that there was a technical fault and I had to contact the service department, but there is no service department. I got in a repair company who stated that a PCB board had failed but there were no spares available. Due to the large size of the cut out in my granite worktop I have had to purchase another DeDietrich induction hob. When I tried to register the appliance for its 2 year warranty the online service stated that I had to use an external company for the warranty when I contacted them they informed me that they did not have any contact with DeDietrich and they did not carry out any warranty work. There is no one that you can contact to resolve. DONT BUY

D’après Darty impossible de retrouver une pièce détachée ( commande marche / arrêt sur platine de commande général ) d’après mon fournisseur Dedietrich ne fournit plus de pièces de rechanges après 10 ans … lorsque le mot d’ordre est durabilité c’est pas la motivation de cette entreprise. Dommage car je la trouvais très pratique d’usage .

La seul solution trouvé est de vous envoyé un technicien a 211€, il cherche même pas a essayer de trouvé une solution par téléphone, qui lui aussi et naturelle payent ...

Le service client De Dietrich se moque éperdument du client.
Un ballon thermodynamique datant de 18 moins en panne, De Dietrich décide après tergiversation durant 2 mois de le changer puisque la garantie est en cours.
Délai de livraison 7 mois.
Aucune solution de rechange proposée.
Le service n'informe pas le client du délai et ne répond pas aux mails ce qui me semble le minimum.
Au client de se débrouiller
C'est un manque de respect et inacceptable pour une marque de ce nom.

La ligne est payante déjà pour avoir un technicien par téléphone c'est des fois une heure d'attente pour que le technicien te dise que le code erreur par exemple P2 c'est dû à la HP et il raccroche
Il y a aucun accompagnement sur des codes erreur afin de trouver ensemble une panne et de réparer.
J'ai demandé à mon entreprise de ne plus installer cette marque et de favoriser une marque concurrent ou la hotline est gratuite où les techniciens vous accompagnent étape par étape afin de localiser une vraie panne.
Ça fait 10 mois que je travaille avec des équipements de Dietrich mais je le conseillerais à personne.

Had a De Dietrich fridge for barely 2 years and coolant leak (yeah right in front of my eye last night when I heard some weird sound) followed by a lot of “smoke like” Vapor from the back of the fridge.

This is the worst brand ever. Getting rid of it and buying another one. Good riddance

Ho una pompa di calore De Dietrich solo da 5 anni e si è già rotta la scheda elettronica con i costi che potete immaginare.

fuyez cette marque. j'habite en Lot et Garonne , j'avais une chaudière fuel, je contacte une entreprise qui me conseille cette marque. résultat depuis 4 ans que le matériel est posé 3 hiver de panne. depuis le 24/12/2025 notre PAC est en panne. Aucun SAV de la marque, je viens de comprendre que la PAC a été posée selon une prescription du service technique de dietrich qui s'avère être une aberration. moralité l'entreprise de chauffage refait tout le circuit , elle a commandé des pièces indispensable. Pas de pièce le constructeur est en rupture de stock car elle fabrique en flux tendu en hiver.
cela fait 15 jour que nous survivons dans un froid vif.
Dans notre résidence secondaire nous avons fait poser une PAC Daikking depuis 4ans : aucun problème
Moralité : arrêter d'acheter français. La réputation ancienne de ces entreprises n'existe plus

I have a Dedietrich oven for 6 years . Thought I bought the best in the market . The door on the oven collapsed during the summer and kal Ireland organised a technician for me . He came and fitted two rails to the door at a cost of 260€ . The door still didn’t close properly so I got back onto KAL to try and have this resolved . It took from September to November to get a response telling me the oven was beyond economical repair ! Bottom line just buy a new one . I’m absolutely disgusted with the service and the fact that I paid to have it fixed and ended up with the same problem. Not good enough . I had a Neff oven for 20 years . Super appliance .

Défaillance récurrente du système Conect, malgré plusieurs tentatives de contact avec le SAV et la direction en Alsace. Communication difficile, absence de solution claire. Résultat : perte de temps, inconfort et frais supplémentaires. J’attends une prise en charge sérieuse et une correction durable de ce défaut.

My kitchen joiner who built a v expensive kitchen said he could get good value items from De Dietrich. We bought a microwave, hob, dishwasher and oven from them.
The dishwasher never actually worked - the service to get someone ought took two months. In the end they replaced the dishwasher. After two months the new dishwasher broke down. The service again to try and repair it under guarantee was rusbbish. In the end they told to my kitchen joiner they would give him a credit note and that we could have a voucher to install a dishwasher that actually worked.
I hate the induction hob with a vengeance and I'm angry with myself for agreeing to having one. it does work but whenever you wipe it to clean it - it turns off the whole hob and the controls are then blocked. you then have to turn the power off at he plug to reset it.

C'est la dernière fois que j'achète un appareil du ''fabricant'' DE DIETRICH (chauffe eau extra plat CESL) résistance HS au bout de 3 ans...
Il vende cette petite résistances les 2/3 du prix du cumulus se n'est pas de l'abus c'est du vol

Nous avons achetés tous nos équipements de cuisine (Four vapeur, micro-onde et traditionnel, plaque induction géante) chez eux. Pour la 2eme fois notre four vapeur tombe en panne (la 1ere fois des le 1er jour après avoir été posé). Service SAV Inexistant !!! nous avons du attendre 1 an et nous battre comme des lions, avant que De Dietrich accepte de remplacer ce four sous garantie !! nous avons du aussi payer partiellement cet équipement une 2eme fois. Injoignable par téléphone, ne répondent pas aux mails ou nous renvoi vers d'autres services....... UNE CATASTROPHE..... Nous avons écris au siège du Groupe et jamais aucune réponse. Considération des clients ZERO..... Dommage. UNE MARQUE A FUIR si vous voulez éviter les insomnies

I bought a de Dietrich induction hob. Chose it for brand name and size of hob! Worst decision ever! Every time I use it I feel like smashing it. Supposed to have boost on four rings! lucky to get one working. If boost is turned on other rings will turn down to 8. Crazy! Nothing right about it!! Don't think of buying a De Dietrich induction hob!!

The induction hub electronic is giving us problem less than 1 year of usage. Highly unreliable brand and product. Will strongly not recommend

You can't spell De Dietrich without "die," and that's what happened to my induction hob first, now my fridge, and I suspect the dryer is next with its abnormal rumbling.

Not due to my choice or lack of judgment, but the apartment was fitted by developer with these brand new appliances when I moved in July 2023.

In less than a year, the induction hob's heating element failed. So fortunate for me, it broke down so quickly that it was still under the 1-year warranty! When the service technician came, he nonchalantly explained that this was normal and just had to be replaced. This made me suspicious about how often their hobs break down that he was so casual about it, but without having to fork out a cent under warranty, I didn’t harp on it.

But then came the bomb 3 days ago: my fridge started showing an error and could no longer cool. This thing was just 1.5 years old! Weren't fridges supposed to last like 10 years? My previous fridge from a certain LUIGI (ignore the vowels) brand survived past my M.O.P. and is thriving at my mom's place, coming close to its 9th year of service. To give more context, we live on top of a supermarket, so this De Dietrich fridge was never industrially used and packed to the brim with frozen stuff like what some of our parents do.

So the serviceman came, and after a 15-minute inspection, he told me, "It's beyond repair. Maybe we could give you a discount if you bought a new one." Discount your moth..... well, the fridge wasn't the only thing that couldn't keep cool now. I asked him why, and he said something internal was leaking and nothing could be done, then handed me the bill.

So kudos to De Dietrich; you really know your products well, especially their lifespan. The fridge warranty was 1 year, so dying at 1.5 years meant nothing was covered. Also, I love that you allow your servicemen so much flexibility in charging fees. He gave me an invoice for $100; luckily, my wife had previously confirmed with the service center that it was $90. He sheepishly edited the invoice. $90 down the drain for someone to come down and tell me to buy a new fridge because theirs has a shorter lifespan than a Betta fish.

I would have given the dude a nice ice ccccccccccold beverage for coming all the way for nothing, but I couldn't.

Men wil telefonisch niet helpen en via mail ook niet.
Ze willen dat je een technieker betaald, terwijl ze voor het probleem, perfect van op afstand kunnen doorgeven wat je zou moeten doen.
Koop nooit een Dietrich !!!
