I purchased the transparent Crystal Tote bag and unfortunately my bag arrived with straight razor cuts across the dust bag which upon inspection transferred to the plastic itself. We don't know where that happened but upon receipt, I submitted photos and requested a replacement of the bag and the company offered to send me a replacement right away and also changed the color of the hardware as I intended to buy the bag with silver hardware but in my excitement to order I purchased gold. Thank you Dear Nicola customer service, nice doing business with someone who stands behind their products!

I got the plastic "Crystal Tote". It was shipped in a plastic shipping bag with a rolled up sheet of large sized bubble, bubble wrap stuffing inside the bag. This not only caused the bag to be misshapen during transit, the bubble wrap they stuffed inside the bag also created faint dull circular marks on the inside of the bag which appears to be permanent because I tried several methods to remove them unsuccessfully. I also noticed that the product page shows reviews for this bag, but there is no way to access or read them. I was hoping to see whether other customers had experienced the same issue. In addition, I received an email inviting me to leave a review, but the link simply redirects to the same product page. Reading the other reviews on this platform, it appears pointless to try to attempt a return/exchange with this company. Lesson learned.

The bags came horribly misshaped (stuffed in a shipping bag) and they accept zero returns or exchanges. Buyer Beware

Absolutely horrible experience. I ordered online and received defective bags — one zipper was completely broken, and the other smelled like literal fish. I contacted customer service multiple times, sent videos and photos showing the issues, and got nothing in response. No replies to emails or inquiries through their website. The customer service is beyond terrible.

This was present for my wife. Didn't arrive in time for valentine's day so hid it until mother's day.

The product arrived in good condition. It serves the purpose that I needed. The quality is great and I love the longer handled.👍

The bags I received were great. I was hesitant at first because there weren’t photos of the inside or either, but the backpack is perfect for a diaper bag! And the satchel is a great crossbody bag, with lots of room.

Absolute trash. Website looks legit, had my bag delivered and my heart absolutely sunk. Googled the description of the bag and sure enough cheap cheap cheap bag from temu being resold. Disgusting. The quality is laughable the clutch isn’t even a rectangle it’s lopsided.

I found Dear Nikola through Instagram and was a bit on the fence at first (as you are with any online brand), but I’m so glad I ordered. The bag itself is beautiful - really well made, sturdy without being heavy, and it just works with everything I wear. You can tell a lot of thought has gone into the design.

What really stood out though was the customer service. I messaged them with a question about my order and got the loveliest response. No copy-paste vibes, just a genuinely kind, helpful reply from a real person who clearly cares about the brand and their customers. It honestly made such a difference.

You can tell this is a small business that actually gives a sh*t, from the packaging to the communication to the product itself. It felt personal, not transactional.

I’ve already had a few people ask me where my bag is from and I’ve happily recommended them. Will 100% be ordering again 🤍

I got the studded bum bag in black, when it arrived, it felt stiff comparable quality to forever 21 which was very disappointing considering the $120 price tag. It was shiny, plastic material. There are many leather alternatives that are closer to a leather quality look and feel. It’s really unfortunate because I really wanted to love this bag and get more. However, the quality felt more like a $25 bag vs. $120.
