The Support Team does a really great…
The Support Team does a really great job to respond to emails within a few hours, which, considering the time difference between Australia and the US, is impressive. I have found the team to be always friendly and polite, which is important to me, as it makes me feel like I'm not a bother to them.
There is only one small thing I might suggest, and that is that sometimes there are so many emails, particularly before an event, all of which I receive between midnight and 3:00am, so ineffective to me. The event is already in my calendar, and I won't miss it. I don't need so many reminders, but that's just from my perspective.
All in all, I admire the work the team does, and their dedication to service - they are a great reflection on
Dean's work ethic and ethos. Keep it up!
