I ordered a handheld digital game I was told it was delivered I never received it and trying to contact them multiple times about this matter I still have no product and then when it's gotten back to me but they had no problem taking money out of my bank account to pay for it and I still to this day have not received anything no communication or the item that I even purchased

Do not order from this company. I’ve been waiting for two weeks for my order- no shipping information or confirmation from them. They are a scammers

Company sold an $80 mattress pad from a company (I did not know) went that out of business in 2024. No warranty and the mattress pad stopped working after 40 days. They did nothing, stating it was 30 day return policy. Worse business experience in my 58 years on this planet

They are making fool of customers.
The product they r selling prices r too expensive and quality is very poor what they show on website and what they diliver is totally different, True Cheaters

Can I give them zero star? I bought a heating pad from walmart.com and did not even realize it actually came from DealYard until I received the email invoice. The product from DealYard soon stopped working and I reached out to DealYard from Walmart website messaging asking how to return or exchange. No response after a month. I disputed credit card and DealYard refuse to refund because they only refund if the product is returned within 30 days in original package. What a joke! Stay away from this shady business and be careful who you actually buy from on Walmart.com.

I paid an extra $20 to be guaranteed delivery by 12/25. But Dealyard shipped UPS for delivery after Christmas day. They do not respond to me. Walmart would not help. I sid not appreciate their broken promise

I bought a Biddeford Micro Mink and Sherpa Extra Soft Heated Throw Blanket from Dealyard as a Christmas present for my mother. It stopped working completely four days after she took it out of the box. Trying to contact them for a replacement was a joke. Their customer service line was disconnected, their online chat inoperable. The only means of contact was by email and after waiting for a reply for four days they finally sent me a form letter thanking me for my purchase and asking me to review the item.

Need I even mention that there is A. No place to actually post a review of anything and B. No reviews visible for any item on the website? Big surprise, huh?

I wish I'd read the customer reviews elsewhere about this appalling company before I'd wasted my money with them. I certainly won't repeat that mistake and I hope others learn from mine.

I placed an order with Sear's and it turns out that they out sourced my order to this company! I received the WRONG item so they emailed Sear's about the problem. I received an email from these people asking for me to reply to the email with a photo of the incorrect item so they could decide if they want it returned or not. That was 5 days ago and I have NOT received the CORRECT item nor have I had a response to my reply. If this is how they treat Sear's customers....I would hate to see how they treat their own customers!!! BEWARE OF BUYING FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!

I ordered 2 hand showers from dealyard which did arrive promptly. however, the showers i got were mostly white and cheap looking.. The picture they had on their site was all chrome. when I called customer service they argued that the picture was indeed white.. Hello??? They refused to pay for return shipping.. Then they sent me specific instructions to ship it back in their original brown box within 15 days.. And if i didnt follow exact instructions i can kiss my refund goodbye.

I ordered a Sunbeam product from Dealyard and I can honestly say I will NEVER order from this company again. There was a piece missing from the product, so we asked them to send us the part. They had the nerve to tell me to purchase the part from another website and submit our receipt and thwy will reimburse us. REALLY?!?!?!? If you sell a product, you should be able to take care of any issues that arise. It isn't my fault that the product was missing a part.....don't make the customer do the legwork. I take care of customers all day long, so I know crummy customer service when I see it. Shop elsewhere!!!!
