I believe deals4u.co.uk may have gone under! I purchased 2 Neff Ovens valued at £1450 on the 2nd of August and received an email saying the lead time would be 10-12 days. This is the last I heard from them. Over the last 2 weeks I have phoned them about 40 times, the phone rings and rings and is never answered, also I have sent them 3 emails asking for an update then a refund and these have not been answered. I am now in the process of attempting to obtain a refund from my credit card company. Amazingly the deals4u.co.uk website looks like it is still active, if this is the case and they are still taking money from people it is a disgrace!! My advice is not to buy anything from this company. Look at any trusted review website for reviews for the last few weeks and everyone is saying the same. Avoid this company at all costs!

Scam company. Been a month and no microwave. Don’t reply to emails or answer phone calls. Raised a claim on PayPal and it was ignored so have had to escalate for them to deal with

I ordered a New World gas cooker on 5th August and I was told it would take about 10 days for delivery. I phoned Deals4u a week later to get an exact date and time slot, but I was told they were still waiting for it to come into them.
I contacted them again a couple of days later and they said they expected to have it by the end of the following week and would treat this as priority delivery.
The following week came and was I told that they'd received it and were shipping it out to their distribution centre in Halfiax. From there, it will be sent to us as priority delivery. Well suffice to say, it hadn't turned up at Halifax on the day and nor so the following day either. They said they were still looking for it. This went on and on and upon my final conversation with them, on Wed 5th Sept, they said they were shipping out another pallet with a second identical cooker on it, in case our one was still missing. They had trouble receiving the first one and now a second one was suddenly available. Now the alarm bells were really ringing.
I called them the following day for progress.....not answering the phone. Called them again.....still not answering. Called them on Fri 7th Sept, still no answer and this time I phoned from a different number just in case they regonised my number and wanted to avoid me. I even emailed them and still no reply.
In the end, I contacted my credit card company and explained the situation. They immediately refunded my card (fortunately) and are in the process of contacting Deals4u. I don't know whether Deals4u have suddenly stopped trading, but if they haven't then all I will say is, "never again!" That said, they were never rude, despite my persistence.
Anyway, I ordered the same cooker from AO.com on Sat 8th Sept and expecting delivery Wed 12th Sept. Wish I went with them in the first place.

Ordered an induction Hob on 17th July for a very good price. Still awaiting the item even though they promised delivery a number of times.

Good communication but don't trust the response.

Ordered on the 22nd of July an integrated microwave on this website as cheaper than other retailers. We received a confirmation straight away saying that we will receive a tracking number in the next 48 hours and the microwave would be with us 7 days after dispatch.

After few days and still no email, we contacted the customer service to ask where was our order and been adviced that they would receive the microwave in their warehouse the following week and would keep us posted. The following week the same thing happened. The product never arrived in their warehouse based on the communication we were having by email.

After 3 weeks we requested the cancellation of the order as we simply didn't believe we would ever receive the product. We got offered a refund and just receive it.

The response time by email was good and appropriate. Although the communication was no good. If the product was genuinely out of stock it should have been fed back to us directly (not just when we requested updates). There was no friction when asked for cancellation and refund and we received our money back 2 weeks later.

We wouldn't recommend this company!

Delivery was so overdue and communication was awful so i cancelled the item and ordered it from somewhere else... don't be lured in by their slightly cheaper prices, you just don't get the service

Good communication with the sales team, and received it the following day...

Speedy delivery, everything as promised and really friendly staff!

Very happy with the service provided by Deals4u, received my item within the estimated delivery time and they were quick to respond to the small query I had. The fact that they were the cheapest price online helped as well!

Never received my item

I choose to purchase a new cooker hood from Deals4U based on price, but now regret that decision.

When selecting the item on their website it stated the item was available, but after ordering the item I received confirmation stating it would be delivered in 7 to 10 working days. After the weekend, I contacted Deals4U and was told I could expect to receive the item later that week, and I would receive an email with tracking details. Nothing arrived, so I contacted them again, and was told it would arrive the following week.

Well it didn't arrive the following week despite several further promises over the phone. The same happened the following week, and then the item eventually arrived.

Ultimately, Deals4U are full of promises, which fail to materialise.

BEWARE!!!

Terrible shoddy service. Ordered a cooker hood, said it was in stock. Messaged 6 days later to be told it had to be ordered. ... worth paying extra for good customer service.

Beware these rogue traders!
I ordered an item on ebay.
They then claimed it was faulty, cancelled and immediately re-listed it for DOUBLE the price.
When I queried it they made up another excuse. Do not buy from these people

I ordered a Roberts digital radio and received a cooker hood instead. (Still trying to tune it in to a good station, lol).

I have tried to get a refund but they are more interested in the return of the cooker hood. A courier company should have picked it up today but no-one arrived.

They take your money and don't deliver after their 6 week lead time. Excuses, excuses, excuses all the time. To be fair to them I did get my money back as soon as I asked for it. So, they've had my money for 3 months, probably with loads of other peoples earning interest for them. Go elsewhere where you know they have stock.

I have used the site for the first time recently and am sorry to say the experience was not good. Not only did they fail to deliver on the goods - Belling 5 Zone Induction Hob, was told 3-4 weeks, then after waiting was then told end of March which was too late for fitted kitchen. I asked for a refund, which was processed and told 2-3 days for refund to clear. After 7 days no money, so when I called I was then told the transaction was not complete correctly. So now I have to wait ANOTHER 2-3 days.

Bought Bosch dishwasher on-line and the price was very competitive. After ordering I was advised that delivery would be 7-10 days. However, my kitchen fitter was ahead on his schedule and so I phoned to check the likely delivery. The gentleman I spoke to was really helpful and said he would check when it was due in the warehouse. He rang me back exactly as promised and gave me the date into the warehouse and said he had asked for the delivery to me to be prioritised. The dishwasher arrived as discussed. Excellent service. Highly recommended.

Neff Dishwasher bought on Thursday, delivered just after 7am today (Monday) from 90-odd miles away. It was £30 cheaper than the same machine ordered and subsequently cancelled from C & PCW. They put the delivery back by 7-14 days after the initial 7-14 days were up, so I searched again and found Deals4U and I'm so pleased I did. The lady at the Company took my order and sorted the Delivery. The chap at the Warehouse arranged the Delivery and rang me over the weekend to say my dishwasher would arrive on Monday Morning. No-one could have been more helpful. The Delivery Driver was absolutely brilliant too, must have been on the road at 5am to have got here by 7am. Thank you very much indeed Deals4U. I wish I'd bought my Oven and TV from you too. I certainly will next time.

I ordered a tumble dryer from them on Tuesday evening. They confirmed the order on Wednesday morning. On Thursday, the courier phoned to arrange delivery. It arrived at 8.50am the next day, Friday. Cheapest price and best service I've had in a long time. Will use again.

Bought my dimplex fire from deals 4u, deliverey good. Would recommend and i would buy from again cheers deals4u
