Dealjumbo has no customer service.
Dealjumbo has unhelpful, rude, and inane customer service. When their downloads are working properly, it runs great, but if there is an issue (such as the 2020 Christmas Gift Bundle being in two parts, and the site only linking the first part), the customer service representatives blame the customer, dance around the issue at hand, and refuse to just be straightforward in solving the problem, saying that the customer needs to double-check, and that they put a lot of work into it. We know their products are useful, when we can access them. But when they don't, we get yanked around and shamed for asking for help... when their listings all say to contact them if we have issues with delivery. They have responded to my review below, after hours of back and forth, before finally saying the link was within the part1 zip, and not having said that on their site or any prior emails. So, yes, the customer service was absolutely horrible, and whoever was responsible for responding to emails was an absolute jerk, instead of helpful, for several hours and several replies. Never make assumptions on your service because many have no issues. Most companies use part1 on a zip to mean you require more than one part to open the file, not that part2 is linked within that file. Between that and insisting it was linked on the email (which it was not), this representative insulted my intelligence, my comprehension of the literal text of the email and listing, and refused to just give a straight link to it, or clarify, until after requesting information on where the link for part2 was located... multiple times across multiple hours.
