The whole process took 10 days from start to finish. Simon and the team provided impeccable customer service. Queries were answered promptly, paperwork and processes were simple to negotiate and everything was clear. I did my homework before signing up with Deal Direct, reading rave reviews such as mine, and I would honestly recommend them to anyone looking for this kind of service.

Can't speak more highly of deal direct. Hayley was brilliant with our remortgage. We had quite a lot of debt we wanted to reconcile and Hayley sorted it all out with the lender. There were a few hiccups along the way but wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Great service from start to finish, would recommend Simon tai , sorted my mortgage out hassle free.

I thought I'm getting a better interest rate thru the deal direct than my bank but in the end if I calculate I'm paying more than what the bank offered me. The admin fee is the trick that they use to reduce the interest rate and increase your actual mortgage amount. I would not recommend it to anyone.
