Excellent from start to continuation clear monthly reports smooth online proofing. I dealt with Simon Tai and was very impressed with his professional and methodical approach and actions. I will be contacting these on a mortgage renewel when that time comes without a shadow of a doubt. Excellent. Including the whole team.

An awful experience from start to finish. Put in touch with a solicitors that took 6 months to complete & give conflicting information throughout.
Finally given a bill of £1500 to be paid in full on completion after never having this explained properly at the start. I assumed the finders fee was either added to the mortgage or agreed between finder & lender. At no point was i told that the completion fee would be paid in cash in full. Left with a bitter taste

They were making up the numbers to convince you about the good deal they offer you from the very first day. When the mortgage is finished and you have to pay an amount of money you didn't expect and I asked them for clarification and a delay to pay their abusive fee of £600, they blame the solicitors they had previously chosen and to myself.

AVOID TO ALL COST. IT IS ALL A BIG LIE!!!!!!!

Previously mortgage free, we wanted to borrow a sum of money for some home improvements. Lee Conway was superb and arranged an appropriate small mortgage fixed rate for 5 years with rapid turn around and payment into our account, all with in 10 days from initial call to receiving the money. Due to recent issues in the economy, the rapid turnaround meant we secured a great rate prior to interest rates shooting up. Couldn’t fault the process and Lees manner in assisting us. Many thanks
