Great customer service
Great customer service, the colour I ordered wasn’t available so an alternative given and I made a mistake on my order which meant I had 2 delivery charges but they sorted this out and refunded me a delivery charge

Paid 14.95 express delivery for a dress…
Paid 14.95 express delivery for a dress needed asap. 5 days to arrive. We ordered dress from dance direct same price and paid less for next day delivery, which arrived the next day. Will not order again from Dazzle

Thank-you for your review, we have been closed for Christmas/New Year as explained in our email sent on 2nd January, we are sorry that your order is yet to arrive, a dispatch email was sent from us on 15th December, we have checked the tracking and it is still showing as on its way which indicates to us that your order has gone missing.
A full refund was processed on 2nd January 2024.

I had a really good experience with the great customer service from Sarah! I also loved my outfits. I sadly had to return one because I didn't read the description correctly but the quality of all the pieces was great and I loved the pretty designs.

Great choice of costume and Great quality. Returns process needs some work
The choice of costume and the quality of the costumes was brilliant. Unfortunately I had to return the first item and re order in a bigger size, it took the quoted 28 days to refund which in this day and age I think is crazy. I think the returns process needs to be improved, but as mentioned the choice and quality of the costumes is spot on and I would purchase from here again

Company sent wrong size
I wasn’t informed when my parcel was dispatched/shipped so I had to contact the company and they then took a day to reply. When it eventually arrived I had been sent the wrong size and then had to arrange a refund as I was then told what I had ordered was now out of stock. I also had to contact again to find out about my refund as I hadn’t heard from them to say they had received it. They replied and said refunds are taking at least 14 days!
