If I could do this as 0 stars I would, my grandson had his 1st experience here today, I won’t call it a lesson, as 1 walking lap and 1 1/2 laps by himself I don’t class as a lesson, he was 6 yesterday so birthday present aswell, as after 1 1/2 laps he just needed a little bit of reassurance, and got out of the cart, James the Manager of today told us that classes as the driver failing his test, (please remember he is 6) when asking James why it is not told to us or written in any of the signs, James answer”We presume you know”, not sure how we are suppose to, then asked why are they not given a little bit of encouragement if that’s the case, James said he didn’t know, to be then told his staff member lied and said my grandchild was crying, which was absolutely not the case, I asked could you check CCTV and you will see he wasn’t crying,( as I’m thinking you have it incase of an accident), to then be told they don’t have CCTV, by now my grandson is upset, so asked can I have a complaints department number, James reply we don’t have a complaints department only a sales department..Totally Shocking Experience..Think carefully taking a little one here.

We had an amazing day at Tamworth Daytona. The day had been arranged by Ed to make sure we had the best experience. The group had no experience so were in the N35 Sprint race (Don't book the DMax karts if you haven't raced before). They came away from the race laughing and joking with each other. We had burger and chips there after the race which are to die for. Even my 91 year old mother in law had a wonderful time being a spectator and eating the amazing food. The staff were wonderful & couldn't do enough for us. They even gave MIL some hand warmers to keep her warm, these small gestures made the day even more enjoyable. Great team & great customer services. Thanks Ed!

Tamworth Daytona hold your head in shame, what a terrible experience today for my friends birthday. From a rushed 5 minutes overload of information on safety on the track to 2 minutes of track racing to be thrown off the track with half of the birthday group,

Police got called to the venue and involved and stopped the race. Quite frankly embarrassing.

Rainfall was awful and the staff preached “safety” however were quite happy to send us off onto a track which you literally could not drive without spinning out every other turn.

When questioning the staff why I had been “pitted” there response was two yellow flags, i never even seen the flags waved at myself personally and because of the severe rain ,the first lap was start stop and there was red and yellow flags throughout because of the conditions. I was completely unaware of what was actually going on, the race was fully loaded with 32 people on the track and the Marshalls could not cope with the amount of spin offs during the first lap. I strongly believe they cut the group down dramatically to make there jobs easier, numerous other people from the other parties also got removed. I explained at the reception my issues to a member of staff and beside me one of the staff screamed and shouted loudly at the other person next to me also contesting. Todays last race should not of happened with the bad driving conditions and I firmly believe it was all down to profit not safety, read the other bad reviews and see a pattern. I wasted my Saturday driving a long way to this event to spend less than 5 mins on a track not fit for driving today.

Staff basically told me tough England rains 100 days a year this is how it is, no people skills and no problem ejecting you and taking your money,no refund offered! Money grabbers!

Beware when booking in poor conditions it will ruin your day!

We had team building day and everyone had loads of fun. Great communication and organisation from Daytona Team to accommodate us. highly recommend for a great time!

Organised a Work Team Building day and ended the day getting our pulses racing over at Daytona Sandowns. Great Fun! Everyone enjoyed it and especially the awards ceremony! :) Highly Recommend!

Staff were great and very helpful and the track is brilliant. Made my group feel welcome and comfortable and even had a bit of a laugh with us.
The new karts are fast and make the race so much better and more competitive. Will definitely be coming back, especially as I live nearby 😎

Seamless from start to finish.
We were a party of 8 there for an 18th and 16th birthday.
From booking through Ed in the sales office, arriving at the venue, organising helmets and race suits and then heading out to the track.
Staff very friendly and helpful.
Really fun few hours, would definitely book again.

Came here for the first time on the 1st of September and had an amazing time, all the staff are super friendly and give you great guidance if this if your first time go karting. The race was very well organised as well as the karts being top quality with no issues and the track has an excellent layout.

Had a really good time and will 100% be booking again.

Went to the sandown track for my 18th birthday, everyone there was really nice and we had a great time.
Will 100% book again.

Very good north circuit lovely coming to watch just shame i cant race with my dad on the main because you need to be 14 instead of 13 meaning ive gotta wait 4 months until march 2025 to race

Paid £100 for a D40 open race at the Milton Keynes venue. It was a freezing cold night and my visor was constantly steaming up to the point I could barely see so had to keep opening my visor to see where I was going. I was leading the race with 10 minutes left with a 15 second lead and was blacked flagged and brought into the pitlane to be told I need to keep my visor down. It cost me the victory and finished 5th as a result of this. Absolute joke.

Our company decided to do go-karting for our Christmas party last year, and it was the perfect choice. The staff were great, guiding everyone from first-timers to more experienced drivers, so everyone felt comfortable.

I was pretty impressed that I managed to beat my boss! He’d been go-karting a few times before, whereas I’d only done it once – so getting off track and realising I was ahead was definitely a highlight of the day. The track was challenging and fun, and everyone was buzzing about the experience after. It was a memorable, team-building day out, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a group activity with a competitive edge!

The karts at Daytona are the fastest I’ve ever been in. I like driving fast, to the point where it scares me a little and the DMAX karts did that, especially in the rain. The track layout is perfect for everyone in my opinion with a variety of turns and a nice long straight where you can really test the speed of the karts.
Overall, it was great experience at Daytona both times I’ve been there.

Great track down at Sandown. Corporate booking - we had a lot of fun.

I've been to all three of Daytona's venues, they are the best in the UK. The Sodi karts offer super close racing for all, and the DMAX are properly challenging for faster drivers.

There is nowhere else in the UK where you can race in such fast karts, on outdoor, technical tracks.

I've been many times, and will continue to return. Thanks Daytona.

My son loves it here. We have tried several go-kart tracks in recent years but he says none come close to this one and refuses to go anywhere else now. We had a party for his birthday here earlier in the year and he said his friends from school were talking about it all week at school, and he’s already asked to have the same again next year

Visited Daytona for the day on my Birthday with 11 friends. What I thought would prove hectic to arrange, I managed to book all over the phone swiftly. Such a good spot, the cars were spot on, none of them gave us issues unlike other places I have been to and they lived up to my expectations of being rapid.

Such a good day out. The staff took good care of our team. Highly recommend the place.

Sandown’s a great track and a really good company day out!

I am extremely disappointed about my experience at Daytona Go-Karting in Tamworth. It is rare for me to feel strongly enough to write a report on an event which I have attended. I was looking forward to the day celebrating my brother-laws sixtieth birthday, this all changed when I attended the Go-Karting event. On the lead up to the start my kart kept cutting out and I had to keep signalling for assistance. We were told before going on the track that we should all stop in the event of a red flag, and slow right down and no over-taking when a yellow flag was waived.
We were a group of seven drivers, all inexperienced at Go-Karting, however when we approached the track we were included in a group with five or six drivers whom I later found out attended the circuit every other week and included the Assistant General Manager.
Well, after a few laps I noticed that both my Brother and Sister were standing by the pit wall, I later found out that they had been pulled from the event. Also, the yellow flag was raised due to one of the experienced drivers crashing, I slowed but was overtaken by one of the experienced drivers. When I waived my arms to indicate that this was wrong, I was subsequently pulled out of the race. I raised this issue with the staff at the event, however all they had to say was that they would raise it with the Manager, and showed little interest in my concerns. Never again will I attend an event at Daytona Go-Karting, which is a shame because the track itself is good, albeit that it had been raining and the track was wet.
