We have helped thousands of business get capital. As our website states, we have eligibility requirements and back ground check. Credit score is a very small part of eligibility requirement. We require at least $5,000 per month in sales, 6+ months in business, business checking account, FICO score of 500+, and background check. Also, if your business has bounced checks or days with negative bank balance, that can also get you declined. So, we are sorry none of our providers (over 30) would approve you. Please check back when you meet all the eligibility requirements.
Abusive IP Address my Foot - And No Customer Service to Contact
I was sent a link to apply for lending for my business. Before I could get through the application, a message came up saying my IP Address had been flagged for abuse and for me not to apply again? I’ve never applied for funding with this company and my IP Address has never been flagged for anything. This sounds like a very fraudulent scheme to get those who don’t have immediate access to capital caught up in some straight foolishness. I’ll pass and advise others to do the same.

Hello and sorry for your experience. I am the founder of DAC and BankBreezy. Our sites have been hit with SPAM BOTS applying over and over. So we purchased an IP screener to look at the IP address of each person applying. Maybe you were applying from a public computer? Somehow the IP address of the computer you are applying from has been added to a suspicious IP address list. From past spamming, etc etc. In any event, our automated system screens and won't allow those IP addresses to apply. I suggest you try a different computer. Worst cast, email me personally david@davidallencapital.com and I will make sure we get your application looked at. We have had over 100,000 applications in the last 4 months. We are very excited to help business owners and want you to the have the experience you came looking for. Sorry our IP screening software blocked your computer IP. Try another or reach me directly. YOUD BE BETTER OFF SIGNING UP FOR AFFILIATE PROGRAMS THAT PAY OUT MORE THEN DAC. THEY WILL WORK AGAINST YOU. IF YOU SUBMIT A LOAN TO THEM AND TO ONE OF THEIR PARTNERS THEY CAN SEE IT, AND IF YOU WANT TO GO WITH THE BETTER COMMISSION DAC WILL STOP YOU FROM RECEIVING ANYTHING BY GIVING YOU THE RUN AROUND AS IF THEY NEVER RECEIVED ANYTHING. THE DAC AGENT GROUP IS HORRIBLE. DAVID RUTZ IS NOT A GOOD LEADER AND HE HE LOOKS DOWN ON PEOPLE FOR ASKING QUESTIONS ASSUMING THEY DIDNT GO THROUGH HIS TRAINING. HE HAS POSTED IN HIS GROUP NOT TO ASK QUESTIONS TO ASK SUPPORT BUT SUPPORT GIVES NO SUPPORT. THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE AND THEY REPRESENT ALOT OF COMPANIES AND ARE MAKING THEM LOOK LIKE A JOKE.

Gina, I am sorry you feel the way you do, but not surprised. We have thousands of agents who feel the opposite of you. However, we DO NOT allow our agents to try to circumvent us to our suppliers. We tell all agents that. We have agreemenst with our suppliers where they won't allow it. You tried to do that. Our supplier wouldn't allow it and won't do business with you. Sorry that disappoints or angers you. As you know, I do live events 2x week and take questions on 100% of them. I don't do that for "no questions" I do that to answer questions. If you are referring to my statements and those of our leaders..."watch the getting started trainings before bringing questions to the leadership calls"...well I would say that if people feel they should be able to take the time of the Corp Execs and field leaders with basic questions (how much do you loan) etc. when our basic training cover 90% of the questions. Then I/we disagree with you. Independent agents need to step up and get trained (3 hours) as to not waste all the other agent's time on live zooms with "do you do real estate loans" type questions...when our training covers all the basics. Sorry you don't like this. We aren't looking for employee minded dependents. We are building a team of independent producers who operate with accountability, responsibility and integrity. Sorry you don't fit our culture.
HORRIBLE, UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE!
David Allen Capital was referred to me for credit card processing. I left several messages for a week before the owner (David Allen) contacted me. I told him it's unacceptable for a potential customer to have to make several attempts to get you to call her back. He responded by stating he was "busy." So, I told him if he's so busy, why advertise for new business??? If they treat POTENTIAL customers poorly, just think about how they treat their ACTUAL customers?!?!?!?!? Enough said. ***CONSUMERS BEWARE*** NOTE: Regarding David's below response, I can factually now state that he is a liar also!

Not True. The owner's name is not David Allen and we respond to calls and emails within 1 business day - if left on a voicemail. This person has never left a voicemail for our company. We are not sure who she may have been calling. In fact, this is the owner of David Allen Capital responding to this post. I have never spoken with this person. We serve thousands of clients and have never helped this person. We have flagged this review as "not a genuine experience" but trust pilot has not yet reviewed to remove this post.

David Allen Capital Is a lifesaver!
David Allen Capital has been a lifesaver for me. I needed a quick unsecured small business loan to close a 500,000k project and I was able to be approved and secure funds within 3 business days. Definitely, recommend and will use again if necessary in the future. P Warner
