The calls are not that consistent and most calls that do come through are received at irregular times also some calls are not that good in quality when they do come.

I have tested many different leads from many different lead companies, along with some of these leads platforms were offered, None have compared to DATALOT.. ...I am very happy with the quality of the leads as well as the functionality of the platform they offer. They are the best...In addition to the quality of the leads, DATALOT offers the very best customer service...My account manager (Mathew Lehrer) is very knowledgeable and his assistance has helped my client list grow...I am extremely impressed with DATALOT.

Other than a few glitches here and there this is one of the top lead vendors on the market. I have been in insurance for 17 years and have used every vendor on the market and these guys seem to offer the best options and customer service. My only complaint is they need to allow for more filter options for live calls.

I am very impressed with this company. It’s difficult to find lead vendors with both quality and integrity.
And the service I receive from my Account reps - Paloma, Jonathan and Rachel is amazing and first class. They are always willing to help and give good insite into the lead Market place. I’m very happy with Datalot and hope to be using them for a long time.

Fair pricing and convenient online access.

Leads are good. Most of the time we get all of the calls we are supposed to per day. Some calls have more information than others on the clients. Would be nice to have more of their info filled in on all calls. Katee has always been very helpful when we have an issue with calls we need refunds on.

We have had tremendous success with Datalot. Their leads have been superior to other companies we have worked with and they have been easy to work with. Katte McNeil has been a great rep and I love her fast response time anytime we reach out.

Experience varies depending on the quality of your account representative and volume of leads. Katte McNeil has been great but prior to her reps have taken too long to reach out to us when needing assistance with the platform. Leads are then passed throughout the same company so that agencies within the same company are competing against each other and Datalot charges each agency $40-50 a lead.

Best warm transfers, good quality calls and the transfers are aware they are getting as quote and interested!

Helps agents who are good with selling on the phone. Have made 6000 dollars off of 900 dollars worth of leads, it really works!!!!

Unfortunately I could not rate this without a star! Datalot sucks! I'm an insurance producer and was referred to this company for what I believe now was so that they could get an extra $100 for the referral. We paid $1000. What a rip off! Take your money someplace else. I'm in Northern California and all calls were coming from Southern California. They said they were going to fix several times and then I ended up getting no calls at all. The filtering is a joke! I was told if i paid top dollar for quotes $25 to $50 a lead I would get the best leads but what i get is a person who really did not want a quote to begin with or they have DUI, SR22, accidents and tickets, for life insurance, people that had medical issues, smokers and elderly people. Don't waste your time with this company they will tell you one thing in the beginning and what you end up with is totally different.
