Lovely bangle but disappointed with the presentation bag
Lovely Forget-me -not bangle but disappointed with the "presentation bag". I was expecting something more than a clear cellophane one. My error, I should have paid extra for a gift box as now I have to go out and buy one. Like I said the bangle is nice but to be fair I wished I hadn't bothered as its for a gift and looked better online.

The items came very quickly, they were really lovely. I will be ordering again. We lost my dad earlier this year and so I bought the bracelets with the forget me nots for me and my mum. She loved hers.

I was disappointed in the material of…
I was disappointed in the material of the earrings. The design is lovely( poppy) but I thought they looked more of a metal on the picture and they arrived plastic albeit a hard plastic. They were for a special birthday on Nov 11th.

It would have been nice if you could have messaged us before leaving such a spiteful and nasty review. You never even gave us the chance to deal with this privately. Really sad how you felt that this was the right way to do things. Absolutely no explanation as to what the problem is or why the bracelet is a 'joke'. So the review really is not at all useful.

Beautiful little bracelet. Little being the key word here..you have to have a very small wrist, Shame that there are no sizing options.

It took too long to arrive as you didn't put your full address. I contacted you the day you ordered to ask for your door number and it took ages for you to get back to me. As soon as you did, we sent it. And your comment about tacky is just unfair and spiteful. You didn't even have the decency to message us first and ask if you could return it. Instead you have just been nasty to us on here for no real reason. We have sold thousands of the bangles with so many lovely comments. If you don't like it then that is fine and your choice, however there is no need for such nasty and spiteful comments when we haven't done anything wrong. This feedback says so much about the type of person you are then it does us. Please do not order from any of our businesses again.
