I would say avoid as the communication from this site is abysmal. Messaged on instagram as sharing new stories every 10 mins of deals and clothes but can’t seem to ship my order which was ordered 6 days ago saying social media don’t deal with deliveries. Emailed customer services 3 times no response. Can someone please tell me where my order is and if you can’t, I want my money back ASAP. Shocking company

Only giving three stars as I am missing some items, I have never had any problems previously and orders have always arrived next day. However I ordered two items in November they were apparently delivered on nov 5 I contacted police for crime reference number and emailed this over, I’ve sent several emails and now being ignored. I need it resolving as I have spent a lot of money to not receive items.

Ordered runners on the 10th of November and the order still hasn’t shipped, emailed countless times with zero response!

5* Credit where Credit is Due, Left a bad review after chasing Dan Young Uk Ltd a few times regards a refund with no Joy.

Dan asked me to Personally text him as they have a few Business issues and he hadnt seen my emails.

Within 2 mins of texting i had a notifaction of a Full Refund.

Refunded me full amount with 0 hassle- Dan is really nice man to deal with. Explained about certain issues that were no fault of his own but also made no excuses. Will definitely use his website again in future, actually cannot fault Dan at this moment in time. Thanks for everything Dan it’s very much appreciated.

**Update** finally recieved my jumper but took weeks to come and no contact but happy with the product.

First time I've had to do this and hate doing so, but still haven't received my item and I paid for it on 2nd August. Have emails but get bounce back and have send Instagram massages but no reply. Apologies dan.

ordered a sweatshirt. cancelled it the day after and was told ill be refunded, ive sent loads of emails asking how long the refund process takes and not had a single reply, ive messaged the page on instagram and was told it’ll be chased. 3 weeks later and still got no refund or update on why it’s taking so long. having to leave a review now just to get a reply

Ich hatte am 09.06.2023 Schuhe bestellt. Das Paket wurde zwar versendet, wurde aber aus nicht ersichtlichen Gründen vom Zoll in den Niederlanden zurückgeschickt zum Absender. Seitdem rührt sich nichts mehr. Auf Anfragen per E-Mail über den Verbleib meiner bezahlten Ware bekomme ich leider keine Antwort. Geld wurde auch keins zurückerstattet.
Fazit: Keine Schuhe erhalten und 400€ weg.
