Super førstegangshandel

Bestilte bl.a. tobak. Tobakken var desværre ikke på lager og blev straks pr. mail tilbudt en tilsvarende Astley. Super.
Kan kun sige at det bliver til flere bestillinger.

Hi, Thanks for your kind words. You are right about the prices and we are aware of its a problem on the total amount and the freight cost and our supplier is trying to find a solution.

Good site!

Site is well organized, products of high quality and availability!
I've purchased few items and get them in less than 2 weeks in Saudi Arabia.
Being an international costumer I would love to track my order status when it's shipped!

Thanks for the kind words. Regarding tracking your order you can log on an read the tracking nummber and then follow it. When you received mail numer two from us regarding the order has been shipped the tracking number will be available within approw. 3-12 hours. You can logon under INFO/ORDER STATUS.

Very quick

New home pages are far better than old ones, but still the surfing between different tobacco labels is too complicated. Particulary when you buy number of different labels.

Thank you Jaakko for the kind words. We are still working on how to do it more simple but with around 250 different tobaccos its hard to make it easy. We have thought about having them by each producer but then you have to know quite much about tobacco. An advice could be that you just use the search field in the top right, so when you have an item in the basket just write the next and so on. Hope that it will help.

Fantastic communication, service, an products. I live in Japan and they shipped me my pipe is less time than things I order locally. I will keep buying from them!
