Charlotte is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She helped me to tone down the colour I used because it was too dark for me. Then she suggested a more appropriate colour which I love. I use the watercolour range on my hair because it is free of any nasty chemicals and so easy to use. The hydrating conditioner is brilliant for my hair too, as it is dry and prone to frizz. A big shout out to Charlotte, the amazing customer happiness specialist, who always goes above and beyond. She really deserves her title!

I ordered two lots of the Daniel Field ‘Water colour’ (as
it’s the safest option for me). My delivery arrived on the day we probably happened to have the most rainfall in a year, and the Evri driver decided it would be a good idea to leave the package behind our bins outside! Package was soaked through, and everything inside ruined. I got in touch, and without hesitation Charlotte despatched replacements straight away (without any charge to me, even for postage) keeping me updated on delivery details.

Having had a recent skin cancer diagnosis I was desperate to find a safer hair colour.Having seen Julia Bradbury's posts on Instagram I ordered the mini rituals pack.Its so nice to use the water colour and organic shampoo and conditioner. My hair is in great condition and the colour is lovely. I feel so much better using a less damaging product and I'd highly recommend these products to everyone.

Great customer service, fantastic products and quick delivery. I’ve been using Daniel Field Watercolour for a number of years. Being a natural redhead it’s so difficult to find a colour to cover my whites that’s not either too orange or too pink. I mix 3 of the watercolours and it’s perfect. My hair is also in fabulous condition.
