Used D&G for years now and wouldn’t go anywhere else!! Really helpful, explain everything and I feel confident I’m not being ripped off like some other garages. Fantastic service, can’t fault them. If you are looking for a trustworthy garage then I definitely recommend D&G at Stirling. Thanks for squeezing me in today and getting the work done so I’m safe on the road again 😊

Had car in recently for service and MOT which was a big fail !
Very helpful manager phoned and explained position . They then got on with the repairs, got car through MOT and back on the road for 5 pm.The manager was very busy but he took time with each customer and was always very polite and friendly .Been going to this garage for a few years and would recommend.

One of the best garages in Stirling. Use them for all my motoring needs. Very helpful and friendly staff and happy to go out of their way to help. Would highly recommend.

Fast and efficient service and great customer service. I even got picked up from my house by one of the mechanics and taken to the garage because I didn't have transport lol

Company used to be good, seems to be run by new people now. Grunting unhelpful staff no customer service. Computer says no attitude when they messed up our appointment on their end and then made us feel like they were doing us a favour finding a slot.
Exorbitant prices up at least 40% from less than a year ago.
They left the service lights on and didn't Even fill up the screen wash. And charged 580 odd pounds for a basic check and a few tweaks.
Just terrible, as I say zero customer service and make you feel unwanted and like they just can't be bothered with you and then magically marginally perk up when they take the best part of 600 pounds off you what used to cost 320 odd in like March of this year.

Begining of August I went to Rutherglen garage with brake binding problems, had my car “fixed” and tested by 4 technicians, bill was almost £400. A week later I return with the same problem, they want to “fix” it again for almost £400. I did not auth the work and left. The same afternoon I sent them an email to let the HQ know about my issues, still waiting for a response… Dandgautocare… YouAreVeryProfessional!

Brilliant service from the team at D&G Pitreavie. They repaired my Qashqai the same morning I delivered it and the whole experience from requesting a callback for book-in to collecting the car post-repair was superb.

Car got towed in Saturday morning around 9ish with the AA at last minute announced and got phone call Monday to say was all done and completed.

Never thought be ready or parts in. Can’t fault any of the guys at Whitburn/livingston and a thanks to ROD who explained everything as was quite a complex job. And super helpful.

I took out a service plan with my car which is run and covered by a company call who can fix my car, fine no problems, It wasn't until I tried to book in its service and MOT that I was made aware there was no local garages near me who work with who can fix my car.

So I called them up to see if I was doing something wrong and a lady said I was correct that there is no garages local to me who we contract out to. I then asked the obvious so am paying for nothing she then replied and said the nearest garage that can do the work is D&G Autocare which for me was a 250 mile round trip, told her to book it in and I will call the garage to confirm best day and see if they could do my car first.

Called the local D&G Autocare Dundee and was greeted by a very happy guy who confirmed the day and said we normally work through the day as and when we can, I asked very nicely with travelling 125miles to get there if he would manage to do me first so I could drive the 125 miles back and be home for when kids got home at 3pm. He said bring car down for 8.30am and will try our best.

The day came I set off at 5.45am and drove down arrived at 8.15 and waited until 8.30 when about 4 more people all turned up and I thought to myself oh dear am going to be here all day in a place I don't know with a walking disability, I told him who I was and got the dreaded we will call when it's ready later today, I said that's fine am just going to sit in waiting room he double checked with what I said then said it will be at least a couple of hours I said that's fine no rush.

True to their word my car was MOT'd First and then serviced by 11am I was given my keys and off I went a very happy customer just that little thing he managed to do for me doing my car first really helped and I am very very thankful for the work the guys did.

Brought in my car for noise in front. They took my car
for repair to another branch without even asking if it
was ok by me! They replaced parts and labor worth
£678. Well guess what?It didn't fix the problem. It even got worse!!Called them back and told them they didn't fix the noise problem.Brought the car back and few hours later I was told they can't pinpoint where the noise is coming from and asked me to return the car back. So returned the car another day and now they told me several suspect parts they would replace for another £728 but offer "NO GUARRANTEE" it will fix the problem!! Now, what type of person in their right mind would accept this?? It gives the impression that they are not sure of what they're doing! Totally unprofessional!

I have a Vauxhall mokka ...on wed 9th Aug I put my back seats down to carry a shoe rack across town ...I got home put the rack in my house then went back out to my drive to put my seats back up...the single back seat went up no problem...the double back seat was stuck or locked it wouldn't go back up....I tried and tried....I got a neighbour to try ....no luck ..I carry a baby seat where the double back seat is so I needed it up soon as possible....I came in to d&g to ask if they could fix it they said yeah but it will be in 7 days...I'm dead impatient so I said I'll try somewhere else...I tried national tyres they said we can do it in 2 weeks...I went into Arnold Clark dock street...they said we can look at it in 2 days Friday 11th Aug....they said it would be £138 ...I thought that was very steep but I need the seats up so i agreed...I put my car in to Arnold Clark and then later I received text messages saying ...please contact Arnold Clark....so I phoned them...the girl on the desk said the mechanic needs another hour on your car.....so I said so that will be another £138.....£276 in total she said yeah but only for a diagnostic check the repair is separate ....I said no chance ....we exchanged words I went to their dock street garage and paid £138 for my car that still had the seats down....exactly the same as when I put it in their garage ....I phoned g&d auto care and said ok book it in for wed 16th Aug and I need a new tyre aswell....the guy on the desk Steve phoned me to tell me my car was ready after having it for an hour....and the seats were fixed....the bill was £120 for the tyre and the seat job was unworthy of charging money for so it was free.....I was over the moon ....what a service ....brilliant.....I went to my local supermarket and bought 15 packets of biscuits for the lads tea break ....I was so grateful and well impressed ....I've been going to their garage for the last 5 years for my service and mot and tyres ect .....I'll stick with these guys you made my day......thanks from Graham Foley one very happy customer ......

Derek at D+G Pitreavie is always so helpful. I've been taking my car and work vans there for around 10 years now. The service is always fast and friendly and the prices fair.

We’re Amazing after being let down by another garage for the 2nd time in 3 months ( National tyres ) this time was an MOT. I phoned D&G and explained my situation and they got me in this morning first thing 0830 and by 1030 my car was MOT’d and passed. I will be using them in the future,

ok, where to start....took my daughters car to D&G as she needed a tyre, upon inspection they advised that she needed 3 tyres, no issue. I wanted a mid-range tyre, not singing & dancing but not super budget, simple right...apparently not! They gave me the name of the tyre they recommended and I agreed. 2 days later we took the car back for fitting, upon arriving I was told they'd fitted a completely different tyre, in fact let me explain...they didn't tell me, I had to ask. Having now read the reviews on these tyres, they sound awful, receiving the lowest score for everything on the tyre comparison website. It gets worse, they told me that she needed brakes all round, discs and pads, strange I thought as her car has drums on the back...dooh! They quoted £320, I have just had the work done by a reputable local garage...wait for it, £115....yes almost a third of the cost that D&G quoted. I will never use these people again, not in a million years.

D and G autocare Whitburn. Mrs car tyre blew and took it to D&G Whitburn. They had a tyre in stock and car was back on the road 1 hr later. Reliable, friendly service. The lads put the spare wheel back correctly incase anymore tyre episodes.

Came in to get 2 new tyres to find out that my Discs and pads were past there sell by date.

friendly excellent service no messing will happily use again best thing as i can trust this workshop was able to watch there work i am happy to keep using there service.

D&G @ Whitburn was the nearest garage where the RAC took my wife’s mini after a broken spring shredded a tyre. Got there not long before closing time on Friday and expected to be contacted at the start of following week. Saturday morning about 11.00 ….. phone call to say job done and car ready for collection. Just superb customer service from Rod and I won’t hesitate to use D&G for future servicing. Impressive!!!

Great service at the Whitburn branch. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Car only needed new bulbs and job was completed straightaway!

Great service, expert advice and reasonably priced. The Whitburn team doing a grand job of keeping my beloved old Yaris running smoothly. Very much appreciate their honest appraisals and recommendations. Mechanics who can think creatively, and front desk staff who are knowledgeable with a good sense of humour. My husband was impressed and has now booked his car in for a service. Well done and a big than you to all the Team at Whitburn.

Booked in at the Pitreavie, Dunfermline branch for M.O.T. Was looking to get it expedited as we needed it done soon. Garage Manager Derek was brilliant with communication and timing. 10/10
