Big thanks and appreciation to Mr. Ahmad Alkhatib for the renovation work he did to my garden and other works for My unit Camelia/XS803B .. he was very helpful and always sending me updates without asking, the finish and quality of material is amazing, thanks for your sincere work.

Thanks to DLP Rizwan sayed ali Manager, if it was not handled by him it would not have been resolved on time . Within 24hrs issue fixed .

I am currently living in a DAMAC building in Dubai and would like to raise a serious concern regarding the constant fire alarm activations.

While I fully understand the importance of fire safety, the alarms are going off far too frequently, including during late night and early morning hours (often around 2–3 AM). These repeated disturbances are significantly affecting residents’ sleep and overall quality of life.

It is extremely frustrating to deal with ongoing false or unnecessary alarms, especially when there seems to be no clear resolution or communication from building management.

This situation needs urgent attention. I strongly urge DAMAC to investigate the root cause of these alarms and implement a permanent solution. Residents should not have to live with constant disruptions in their own homes.

At this point, I cannot recommend DAMAC properties due to this ongoing issue.

The company is good but the system implementation to attend the comments in DLP is not something can be appreciated. As the community is not fully developed and there are under construction around and due to which you face daily inconveniences. Snag comments some what will be attended to the acceptable limits but the Management issues never get resolved. The road access to my villa is so nareow that it is less than 2m to drive a car thru it whichich is due to ongoing construction fencing. Even after raising complaints and seevice request 3 times and waiting for more than 2 months and still this matter is not resolved. No efforts from the company to understand and attend these issues. Some of the head office customer seevice staffs are very (un)useful for anything.

Great service and follow up by damac team. Muhammed Mubashir made sure everything was fixed before the ticket was closed. Thank you

This review is prepared for DLP Engineer, Mr. Muneesh, following his recent efforts to address unprofessional conduct by the DLP team. His professionalism on the resolution of outstanding issues concerning air conditioning unit service and cracks in cement plaster at our property will reflect customer cares.
Previously, the DLP team failed to respond appropriately to a blocked drainage issue, offering repeated excuses (e.g., unanswered calls, unreturned messages, improperly raised requests). Certain team members attempted to downplay the seriousness of the matter. Our subsequent low satisfaction rating in the company survey triggered an escalation.
Thanks Mr. Muneesh for good job and keep it up (Bravo).

Damac is being dishonest about their EOI refund policy. They tell you pay it right away to reserve your unit, and anytime you wanna cancel during the pre launch; we'll refund you the money and they never do. The process is slow, no one is replying to you on anything. The status of Refund on their app is showing In progress for more than a week.

Trust me don't pay them any EOI unless you're completely confident you'll buy with them; otherwise you wont' get your refund anytime soon. AVOID AVOID AVOID, but i won't stop fighting for getting this money and i will post publicly on all their board members social media accounts about this experience.

I know that i'm going to get the stupid copy paste standard reply from them; we can't find your name on system.

I'm honestly very surprised in a very good way. I've been into so many handovers and this one is between the best for sure. The them is very professional. Ms. Oxana was so kind so knowledgeable and explained the process very well, she gave me all the time I need to check everything. I'm extremely happy of this investment and how it turned out to be.
