The recruitment process with Dals is smooth and fast, very straight forward and Ms.Gabriela Enache was there every step of the way to help me integrate as part of their team and to clear any doubts.or questions l had. I didnt know at the beginning what to expect from them but l was pleasantly surprised.
The work environment is great also, flexible with lots of opporutinites.

I like working with Dals.The interpret experience is nice and requires a lot of attention and focus on details.

I have been working as an interpreter and translator with Dals since March 2026. The volume of incoming OPI and VRI calls is great. The translation jobs are less frequent but it is very seldom when I manage to accept the translation job offer earlier than somebody else. The time interval between the job offer and the job cancellation emails is 0, they arrive at the same time. Otherwise, I am fully satisfied with my experience with Dals so far. The staff is extremely friendly and supportive, all my questions are addressed in a timely manner. The pay rate could be somewhat higher, though...

The history display for the past call logs is limited ,it should display at least for a month. and ,if the wage /payment for each video (vri) is displayed in addition of the minutes , it would be better. Also the list for each vri must be separated for each month, all this is missed in the appliction in App store.

I joined Dals as a freelance interpreter. My experience so far with this company has been a professional and productive one. I receive my payment on time, my recruiter, Raluca, was a huge help to me during my onboarding process and the workload has been so far consistent.

In my experience, in terms of onboarding and joining the dals linguist team the process was easy and smooth, Raluca the focal point for communication was very clear, responded and followed up the process timely, guided how to complete the process and get on board with a virtual landline.
In terms of interpretation, timing record and the application, it is also fine. The application is friendly and simple to use. The only issue might be during interpretation as some time the accent and the quality of line and signal of mobile communication particularly the clients might affect to hear very well.

I love my job. Everything has been great, and the onboarding process was smooth thanks to Raluca Ioana Artene. Whenever I had a question, she responded quickly and provided excellent support. Dals rocks!

I have been working with DALS over eighth months now. There is an excellent work flow, staff is very helpful, recruitment process with Raluca was fast and efficient. However, connection is sometimes poor for TI and I still feel I am underpaid. It is very hard to support myself by doing just this job, which is a pity cos I really love it.

Since then, the volume of work has been satisfactory, and the internal team provides a friendly, professional environment. However, the current payment rates are significantly below standard UK industry averages and do not accurately reflect the market. While I have also navigated standard operational challenges like difficult clients and poor connectivity, the low remuneration remains a big problem.
