If you are still seeing a reference to the former listing in Google, please note that search engines update their results independently of our database. We have also submitted a re-indexing request to Google to help speed up the update, although the timing of this process is outside our control.

I never contacted this company, had never heard of them until they started emailing me with performance reports.
I asked that they remove all data about my business from their systems and they obviously have not done so because I got another performance email this morning.
On June 19th I had an unsolicited email asking for a quote request.
I replied to Mihaela, apparently a project manager, stating that I’d never heard of Cylex and asking her to remove my details from the records.
She replied to say she had asked from Quote Requests to be deactivated on June 22nd.
On June 24th Miheala sent me an email offering ‘New Tools to Grow Your Business’
Then I got a ‘performance report’ last week.
I want nothing to do with this company at all.

Absolutely scammy
Hooky as anything. I went there & my screen went mad. Next thing l know McAfee (which l don't have on my phone but get regular scam emails from) is telling me l have a virus. I get out of there with some difficulty. Now apparently I'm banned from the site. All l can say is: good. Worst internet experience in many years.

Nothing but aggro.
Nothing but aggro trying to get a listing - first, they removed our account because they said our address details were incorrect - THEY ARENT! - We then made another listing, deleted again.
Now, our IP address has been blocked and we get a message saying 'Access to Cylex has been blocked' and no way of contacting anyone to find out why.
We only wanted a listing to boost the links to our site, but Cylex has been nothing but a pain in the a*** to use.
Not going to bother again!

Cylex 'Blocked'
We wrote a review about a local company. The review was warning locals from using them as our experience had been very poor. Cylex have now blocked us from accessing their site, presumably due to a complaint about the negative review..... kind of defeating the point an important USP of the business.

Cold call / scam
I just had a cold call from this company , and the guy on the phone knew my name. He had very strong accent so I struggle to understand what he was referring, then he hanged up. The accent was too strong that he was unable to pronounce the company he is calling from. Doing some research, I found the number is bounded to cylex. That being said, I never registered my details to this website, and I do not consent having my personal data on your website. If this company sells my data and if I drop them an email to delete my data then they will have my personal email address. How can I trust this company if they have got my details which does not meet gdpr regulations?
