While the flats are nice, the staff (carers) are awful they always take time to respond to my WhatsApp messages due to their internet connection, the WhatsApp messages take longer to get through. Staff especially night staff always leave the office with no one in and their service mobile phone, office phone and team leaders phone are always in office. When I try to use my assistant alarm. No one responded meaning I get no support immediately. Why can’t night staff go to each one of the resident for support? The house managers are really awful too because they ignore my complaints and the front fire door is bad because of the noise made from residents such as talking/shouting especially at the night when I try to sleep. How is this autism friendly when you harm the residents and not help them with support they need? You can do way better than this and allow me some peace during the nighttime routine and stop taking to me too much especially when I’m trying to do gaming and staff takes over me by talking. I think the staff needs more training especially the management because they are not doing their job properly at all. I hope you understand!
