if its cycle clothing you need old son i would use cycle clothing.co.uk because the service is always good and they always have great offers. I recently bought a waterproof jacket at half the price of anywhere else and it does exactly what it says, completely waterproof.

First order with cycle clothing, voucher code didn't give £5 discount as promised.On receipt of goods contacted customer services to ask about voucher code to see if I'd misread it or needed to register.Lady I spoke to was really helpful & said she would get someone to call me back . An hour later a guy rang me back & told me he'd credited my card with the £5. Excellent service , nice that a company does actually call you back & rectify a query.

Great service, had to return a windproof jacket. Too big. Posted Saturday replacement arrived Tuesday. I do not think you can get better than that. Bought a jersy good quality, good fit. Wish it had a full length zip.
One critism is that unlike Wiggle and Evans you have to pay return postage so any savings made are lost. This can make the prices more expensive than other companies.
Impressed it speedy service though.

This is among the places I check first when I'm looking for new cycling kit. There's a fair range of clothing at reasonable prices, and usually a few pieces reduced to clear, though often at the extreme ends of the size range, so if you're not S or XXL you might not find what you're after. Everything I've bought from them has been good quality for the price and delivery is reasonably rapid. My one problem has been with the glove-sizing chart. Despite carefully measuring my hands as instructed, and ordering accordingly, the mitts I ordered were too small to get my hands in and had to be returned to exchange for a larger size. Sizing charts for jerseys and shorts seem about right.

I'll certainly use this site again. The items arrived faster than expected and everything was exactly as described. Good prices too.

Bought the SPEG Syclon Cycling Bib Shorts with HDAir Pad. Delivered 2 days after ordering and a very good quality product. Have spent twice/three times as much on shorts which weren't as good. Very good padding for the longer runs. Only reservation is that they are a little bit short in length and my cyclist's tan is very evident when I wear them!

I have ordered before the service and quality of products are good. I have just sent one item back as it does not fit, I have requested a replacement and hopefully they will be as good when dealing with returns.

I have advised them by email and did receive a positive response so lets hope they keep up the good work.

First class product delivered the very next day. Living in Jersey no VAT is due and so delighted that none was charged. Proper water proof packaging and no postage. Brilliant.

Things always get sent rapidly and are good value for the money. My only problem.is that I am too long legged for your cycle bottoms to fit me.comfortably. the 3/4 lengths are just below the knee for me and dig into.my knee crease, and the cycle shorts dig in around the top 1/3 of my thigh because the cuffs are designed to circle about 2/3 down. It would help if you detailed what range of leg lengths your cycle shorts/three-quarter lengths/leggings are suitable for. This is not a gripe, because it's not your fault I'm outwith normal ranges, but it would be nice if you did this.

A very impressive company, keen on offering 1st class customer service, something that not many internet companies achieve.

I phoned to ask advice about sizing of the item I was ordering and staff were knowledgeable and helpful. Unfortunately there was a fault in the garment and I had to return it. Turnaround was very quick. I posted it on the Tuesday and got the replacement on the Thursday. Only slight criticism is that there was no mention of refund of postage so I had to phone again to request that. No problem but a postage-paid label would have been nice, or even a note with the replacement to the effect that it would be refunded to my card . Nevertheless I would confidently use the company again and have recommended them to a friend who is looking for a similar jacket.
