Honestly I dont know what their problem is. I have been studying on this platform for years. Why cant they just have brain one to recognise my password and login details when they are given it every time I enter like how it always was in the past. Now if I want to access any of the particular IT videos that I was looking at on their site I have to rely on that crock of seething that is youtube. They give me an option to reset my password. I click yes. What does work out as dont get me started. After so many attempts at asking for the particular necessary email to the blooming password option doesnt even arrive so much as ever and in that case just what in the heck all in all was any of the whole process for to begin with inherently and in general.

The experience was great, I managed to learn exactly what I was looking to learn and will be back for new topics.

I never sign up for their service, yet somehow I got a charge for it. Contact their customer service, since I'm over the trial period; there is nothing they can do at their end. They suggest I change my username & password so it won't happen again. It's not like I sign up for monthly that would be so easy. I happen to sign up for a year's worth of their supposed program without knowing about it. Recommend for those who consider learning Cybersecurity don't enroll here. It is not the program that I'm worried about, the service & attitude of the people is what discourages here

Cybrary just renewed my subscription of $270 without any heads-up. Very bad and deceitful practice. Even Hbomax sends you an email a week in advance letting you know that you will get charged again. This should be illegal.

When I called their phone number listed with my credit card account, it was answered by some random guy who gave me the correct number. There was no way to talk to anyone. Even though the platform is good, without customer service, it's crap. I will stop directing my students to this platform.

Very bad site. I would give minus star. Zero customer service.

Cybrary is the best learning platform I've ever experienced. Well documented and work relevant courses, not to mention the valuable and depth of information provided.

This is from experience with the very basic courses and the Net+. The Net+ has undergone a dramatic change from different instructors and course completion time (something like 30+ hours to only 8). I'm not sure how 8 hours covers an entire exam, especially with the new course leaving you read the same slides for what feels like 3-5 min each. The new audio is dubbed by someone who isn't the instructor and has quite a few audio distractions in the background.
While the previous course instructor was slightly new to teaching and still used a whiteboard, he at least had more content.
I don't think I will use Cybrary for additional certs, seeing how good the free options are.

Great platform folks! Most of the instructors are competent both at their field and as far as teaching. Labs are simple yet effective and to the point. Cybrary does a great job both at getting you ready for all the certifications you might wanna take, and at giving you useful skills.

It has been a really good experience, learning on the platform especially in the labs. It does make it easy when I don't understand the video. I would suggest more video examples from the same theme. Thank you

So far so good. Courses are relevant and hold my attention. Some are quite long but they are broken up and are of different subjects so it is not to monotonous.
I would recommend the pro subscription for access.

Cybrary auto renewed my subscription without even notifying and my account is now overdrawn and i am getting bank charges !!!!

I contacted them and the customer service was shocking and now eventually i will get a refund AFTER 7 DAYS???!!!!!

Stay away from this nonsense as they just want every penny they can get off you !! Go to Pluralsight or linkedin learning !!!!!!!!

Over the past several weeks, as I've begun to really focus on my Cybrary Career Path as a Soc Analyst, I have gained so much real world skills that I know are currently in demand by employers; and the career path has increased my knowledge and boosted my confidence in my pursuit to becoming an entry-level SOC Analyst.

Great trainers with industry experience and the labs really complement the theory

Cybrary is excellent, having been around Cybrary since 2016 I have watched it grow. It offers a diverse collection of course across the IT spectrum. With classes, practice tests and labs, you have the resources to excel and grow at all levels from beginner to seasoned Pro.

I like the structured format with how Cybrary made on its career paths. I just hope there would be more practice-labs but still this online platform kept me company while on a Job Hunting Process.

Looking forward to more surprises with Cybrary and the entire team.

Content is great but support and customer service leaves a lot to be desired. They charge an automatic annual fee which was not agreed to and do not have any customer service or online method to request a refund. I've cancelled my membership but have not been able to recoup the funds taken out of my account without my consent.
